"Are you alright?" she asked. I stopped walking and swayed backwards.

"Uh-well i guess so." i said nervously. She was so pretty, it made me nervous.

"Good-by the way, my name's Alyssa." She said and looked back at a kid lieing in the sand.

"My names Frederick." i said. I wish she would take those sunglasses off, then i could see her whole face.

"You wern't in the crash, were you?" I asked but she had turned around and was looking into the forest. It remained silent.

Adam

Yes, I want to go. Too break the rules and adventure, I do not wish to stay among Atlantis, I want to explore. Asavari projected her thoughts into Adam's mind.

Adam chuckled. She was so young, and so unlearned in the ways of the world. Yet she was so much like Adam.

"I never wanted to stay among Atlantis either," he told her.

Asavari's face turned red and she looked away.

Adam put a hand on her shoulder and leaned close to her. "It'll be out little secret." he whispered.

He turned his attention back to the humans. Even he was unsure whether they were safe. There were so many of them after all. And Asavari did have a point. It felt as if the balance of Atlantis was off every so slightly.

Alyssa

I looked back at Frederick. "Yes, I was. I nearly got burnt to a crisp." I noticed his feet for the first time. His shoes were torn to pieces, and I thought I saw blood. "Sit down." I said quickly. He looked confused, but did what I asked. I dropped to my knees and slowly removed what was left of his shoes. Two socks that had been white at some point were on his feet, also torn up. They were stained red. I snatched off my sunglasses so I could see better.

I didn't take off the socks. Instead I took my backpack off and began rummaging through it. "There it is." I muttered. I pulled out some Neosporin, and gauze bandages. I also pulled out a bandana, and put Frederick's feet on top of it. Sand in the cuts wouldn't end well. I pulled off his socks slowly. He winced, but didn't complain.

His feet had several cuts on them that were oozing crimson blood. There were also bits of metal sticking out of some of them. I winced. "Frederick, I want you to try and relax. This is going to hurt."

I pulled some tweezers out of my backpack, along with a sponge and a bottle of water.

***

A while later I put away the tweezers, sponge, and water with a grimace on my face. I had had to take out the metal, then scrub his feet down. Frederick had been good; he had only screamed twice. "The worst part is over." I told him. I grabbed the Neosporin and rubbed it into his cuts. Then I wrapped the gauze around his feet several times, making sure to keep it tight, but not too tight.

"There." I picked up my bandana, which was stained red, and stuck it back inside my backpack as well. "You're not going to be able to walk for a few days. I know that hurt, but if I had left it it would have gotten infected. And that would have hurt a lot more."

I would have said that hurt like heck and it did, but i didn't really notice it. (well maybe once or twice i screamed) I just remember how perfect her face was. She tookher sun glasses off and sheesh i hope she didn't see me staring.

I hobbled up onto my feet, even though Alyssa said i shouldn't.
"Crap, where are we?" i said and joined her in staring out into the forest.
"Who knows, but this isn't like any island i've seen," She said and turned to pick up her back pack. I slid my shoes on and started to hobble towards the forest.

"Where do you think you're going?" She asked and laughed at me as i grimaced and fell onto the sand.

"Into the forest. What do you think we're going to drink? Salt Water?"
"Well, it doesn't look like you're going to get very far." She said. I wasn't going to let her think of me as a wimp, so a shakily got up and started me way.

"C'mon! What happens if i find the water and can't make it back?" I yelled.

I hurried to catch up with the guy. "If you're going to look for water, at least let me help you." I took Frederick's arm and put it over my shoulders, ignoring his protests. "Your feet will never get better if you walk on them too much." I said sternly.

What was this girl doing? But was i going to do, throw her off me.

"Sheesh, its feeling a lot better." I say a tinge untruthfully. "Besides, the water can't be far away, look at all the trees and wild life." She gives me one of those looks that says whatever. I laugh and turn around. Seemingly just as something or some one walked out of the woods.

I watched the humans intently, trying not too interfere, but it was proving difficult. Humans were being pulled from the wreckage - some dead, some alive - and I could see the panic on their faces. It was almost impossible not to help. I managed to keep myself grounded a safe distance away, hidden in the trees.

Adam looked at me "I'm going to go help".
"Can I come, please", I begged, my blue eyes showing my sincere intentions.
"No", he said sternly. "I do not bestow upon myself the birthmark that you do, there-fore, the humans will not know I am not one of them. It would be unsafe for you to meet them". He eyed me, and I knew there was no argument.

And so I did not argue further.

"You must stay here, and help from afar", He said.
"And how am I going to do that?" I questioned.
"With your mind, if anything, anything what-so-ever goes wrong, all you need to do is fix it", and before I could question further he walked out onto the beach.
Mo. was here. :) mwahahaha

Frederick

A man walked down towards us. He was shirtless, revealing a toned chest. Walking nervously at first than as if deciding something finally he picked up his speed. I took my arm of Alyssa and stared at him not knowing what to think of him. He reminded me more of an animal the way he walked, perfectly silent like a fox stalking its prey.

"Wow..." i heard Alyssa murmur to herself. He reached us and we just stared at each other for a while until he spoke.

"Are you alright?" he asked in a low subdued voice.
"Well, as good as can be under the circumstances." i answered. " As good as you8 can be when your stranded on a freaking island!!" i said and the realization hit me. I was lost.

Harmony
She must've blacked out again, because her eyes fluttered open. She sat up quickly, making her feel dizzy and causing her to retch. She looked around to all of the people, each and everyone of them seemed to have blood on them, obviously. She moves her hand to the back of her head, then holds her hand out in front of her. Sticky blood covering her hand. She shudders, before wrapping her arms around her torso, tears trickling down her cheeks.
Harmony turns to the other people of the wreck, asking, "What happened...?" She rolled her eyes at herself inwardly, asking such a stupid question, but it's the only thing that'd come to mind. She bites her lip, as she hears somebody's voice speaking to her.
"Plane crash. The driver must've lost control or something..." The voice murmured.
She turned to the owner of the voice, a look of horror on her face, "Trust me to be in a plane crash on my first ever plane ride..."

[Sho thang :) ]

Rachel

I laughed slightly hysterically.
"Bet that's boosted your confidence in planes."
She shuddered slightly and I moved closer, putting my arm round her in a gesture of friendship.
"If it helps any, I was going on holiday to get away. Some relaxation that turned out to be!"
She sniffed, tears still running down her cheeks. I squeezed her and stood up slowly, wincing as my back started to ache. I held out my hand to the girl and pulled her to her feet.
"I'm Rachel, you can call me Rae. You want to go see what's happening?"
"It is curious how often you humans manage to obtain that which you do not want."

[Yay xD]

Harmony

She gave Rae a watery smile, and nodded, "I'm Harmony." She wiped her wet cheeks, and nodded to Rachel, "Yeah, lets go see."

She bit down on her bottom lip, feeling rather shy around this new person. She rubbed the back of her neck, and nodded towards the wreckage of the plane, at least, what was left of it, "Can't believed we lived."

"No... it's kinda suprising." Rae murmured, Harmony sees her rubbing her back, as if in discomfort. And Harmony asks, "You okay?"

Rae

Wincing, I felt my neck again and shrugged. "Got caught beneath some kind of wreckage. Wasn't much fun."
She laughed slightly and looked slightly nervous. I nudged her with my shoulder.
"Hey, to be honest at least we survived! It's a lot better that being crushed or burnt alive!"
I examined the cuts that lacerated her body. "What about you? Those look pretty bad?"

Harmony

"Hmm, but we're stuck on some island in the middle of God knows where." She smiles timidly again, and shrugs, looking down at her body, "Oh... I'm fine." She shrugs, then looks out over the beach. Seeing man, though he seemed to come from nowhere, and obviouslt hadn't been in the crash.

She tapps Rae's shoulder, and tilts her head in the direction of the man, "Hey look over there..."

"Where?" Rachel replied.

"Over there!" Harmony points to the man, coming closer and closer, and then starts to talk to two of the victims of the plane crash.

"Must be a Native or something..."

Rae

((It's Adam, right?))

I looked in the direction that Harmony was pointing and sure enough a boy of about 19 was walking towards us. He wasn't wearing a top, just ripped jeans. He was tall and had shaggy hair. I raised an eyebrow and Harmony and pulled her with me as I walked towards him.
"What're you doing?"
I grinned back at her. "You think I'm going down alone? C'mon let's find out where we are!"
We met him halfway across the beach; I'd started to get a little scared, he looked serious.
I held out my free hand and smiled at the guy.
"Um, hi. I'm Rae. What is this place?"

Yeahh Adam. ^_^
Harmony
She groans as Rae pulls her along, though gives a nervous giggle. She stands behind the girl as she introduces her, and nods slightly to him, not introducing herself.

The boy looked curious, yet on guard at the same time, "I'm Adam. This is Atlantis. Are you okay?" He speaks, a rather strange accent, Harmony thought.

Rae nodded, "Yeah, we're okay as we're ever gonna be, being in a plane crash 'n all that."

A confused expression crosses the boys face, as he raises an eyebrow, "Plane..?"
