Name: Adam

Age: unknown, appears around 19

Appearance: Shaggy red-brown hair, rather tall (around 6 foot), and muscular (but not bulky). Adam almost never wears a shirt, and wears a pair of jeans (now rather torn up) he came across one day.

Personality: Adventurous, rebelious, sly, intelligent, strong of will and kind of heart.

History: A loner of his own right. Adam used to be a guardian of the island tribe, but was exiled. When he was invited back (due to his superior abilities) he refused and remained a loner. As a guardian of the island Adam has run into several beings that crash there, but never many humans at one time. Humans gave him his name (Adam) and he never used his birthname anymore. Adam has always been intrigued by humans, but is a little wary about the newcomers due to the great number of them and the way they got there.

Other: As a guardian Adam has a connection to the red fox, though none others exist on the island. He often changes into his animal form to move across the island quicker.

I will start. Give me a minute to type!
All I can hear; "I me mine, I me mine, I me mine". Even those tears; "I me mine, I me mine, I me mine". No one's frightened of playing it. Everyone's saying it. Flowing more freely than wine. All through your life; "I me mine".

Jhon

He was sitting on the plane. So far the flight was going well, it was a long flight, but there weren’t that many screaming kids. No flight attendants had spilled any darkly colored soda on his shirt. He leaned back in his chair. He was seated in the back row, and his chair wouldn’t lean back sadly. He kept his tray table up, he had finished his drink, and disposed of the cup long ago. He sighed and shut his eyes gently. Two more hours, and they would finally be on the ground. Back home.
“Please don’t panic, we are suffering from minor engine problems.”
He sat up in a panic. He made sure that his seatbelt was tightened. He gripped his armrests. He looked across from him, there was a heavy man doing much the same thing as he.
“There are no MINOR engine problems while we’re in the air!”
The man had growled. Then sure enough to fuel the panic, air masks dropped from the ceiling. Jhon quickly grasped the one above his seat. Once it was on tightly he sighed. He was sitting next to a lone girl whom couldn’t reach. He helped her get it on.
“We’re going down.”
A woman several rows in front of him screamed. He looked over to the window, it was true. The girl was starting to panic. He was surprised that she hadn’t started earlier. People screamed.
“Please stay calm.”
This made the screaming louder. He covered his ears. He looked forwards. Everything was blurry, and moving so slow. He heard muffled cries through his hands. Though they sounded like they were in slow motion as well.
“We’re all going to die.”
He heard the cry of the same man that screamed about the engine problems. He just kept his hands tightly over his ears. Then the edges of his vision grew blurry. He shook his head.
“I can’t faint…”
His words couldn’t be heard over the screaming people. Then finally the rest of his vision faded, he could still hear for a few minutes. His hearing faded when he heard the engines whine, and grind, and the screams get louder. He imagined they were about to crash. Before he felt any pain he was curled into a little ball, and his hearing faded.

The next thing he could remember was the sound of the sea, and the wind blowing against his skin. He was still curled into a little ball, and his seat had flown several feet from the main wreckage. His head was fine, his right arm hurt, and his leg had been scraped badly. He struggled to get out of the chair. He unbuckled himself, and pushed the chair off of him. He didn’t use his right arm. When he moved it, or his right fingers, it made him want to scream in agony. He kept it at his side.

Several others had run away from the wreckage, and all huddled together in fear. Most of the people had been pulled from the burning wreckage. This included several bodies. One of the bodies was the small girl whom sat next to him. Someone walked up to him, he didn’t know who this person was.
“That arm looks broken.”
He was disoriented, and looked from his arm to the man. He shrugged with his left arm.
“I was a lefty anyways.”
He staggered away from this person and fell face first into the sand, he kept his eyes open. He looked out towards the sea. He let out a light sigh. He was sure that his right arm was broken too, but he couldn’t worry about his arm now. He touched his nose with his left hand. His glasses were still there, but not in one piece. He had a spare pair though. He pulled a blue container from his pocket and put the glasses from in there onto his face. He of course, discarded the old pair.
“Are you alright?”
All I can hear; "I me mine, I me mine, I me mine". Even those tears; "I me mine, I me mine, I me mine". No one's frightened of playing it. Everyone's saying it. Flowing more freely than wine. All through your life; "I me mine".

I step on this plane and i can barely keep my eyes open. I sit down on those small chairs and noticed some kid trying to recline his chair but failing. Then my eyes closed.

I awoke in a living hell. Charred metal and glass lay around me a pile. Two strong arms were dragging me across sand it ripped my back open. I moaned and they stopped. My whole body felt like it was on fire. Soot clogged my nose and i coughed, choking and spitting.
Water soaked the sand under me and it made my back burn even more. I saw the sun and thought just how blue and clear it was, i thoguht i saw something huge, soaring above, then i went unconscious.

Sorry i took so long, its hard to keep up with all the stories!

I struggled to free myself from my seat. The clasp on the seatbelt had been hit with something, and now it was twisted, and more importantly, stuck. A fire had erupted somewhere behind me; I heard it crackling a few rows down. The seatbelt wasn't coming. "Hey! Can anyone hear me?!" I shouted. "There's a fire in here, and my seatbelt's stuck!" I began coughing as smoke poured over my head.

"Hello?! Are you alright?!"

I continued coughing. "Yes, I think so. but my seatbelt won't come undone, and the fire's coming closer!" I began coughing again. I could feel the heat on the back of my chair. Someone emerged out of the smoke. A young man, with white hair like mine, and glasses. The eyes behind the glasses were dark blue, and his hair looked dyed. He looked at me, and I was grateful for my hoodie and sunglasses that still sat on my head.

He hurried over to the chair and looked at the seatbelt. I saw several sparks fly over my head. "Hold it here." The man said. He was surprisingly calm. I did as he directed, and after a moment of fumbling with the clasp it came undone. I leapt out of my seat and grabbed my backpack out from under it. It was very warm and slightly singed.

He reached out with his left hand and grabbed my wrist, pulling me out of the plane. As soon as we were a safe distance away from it he sat down on the ground heavily. I also sat down. "Thanks a lot. I thought I was dead there."

Adam

The crash had caused a disturbance deep into the island. Adam had felt it from a few miles away. He quickly made his way to the edge of forest and beach, decently hidden from the humans huddled in the sand.

A giant contraption of some sort lay crumbled and burning, and was obviously the focus of the human panic. Adam was concerned with the amount of humans. Most specifically, the amount of humans remaining alive. Usually when any human strayed onto Atlantis, they wouldn't be alive.

Adam knew he appeared like the rest of the humans, and contemplated joining the group and finding out who they were, and how they got there. He was about to step through the trees when something stopped him.

"Hello Adam," Asavari said.

Adam turned to the only other Atlantian who still bothered to visit him. "Hello. What brings you to this edge of the island?"

"Same thing that brought you," she gestured through the trees.

Adam nodded. "What do you think of them?"

I lay stiff and scared beneath a part of the wreckage. It was curving over me, creating a little pocket of space that I had curled up in trembling. But I knew that I had to get out of it - I could smell smoke and I figured that it could soon be on fire.
I banged on the metal with both hands, a hard feat in such a small place.

"Help! Help! I'm in here!" I half screamed, half sobbed.

I heard some voices getting nearer and less muffled, and then saw the crack of light at the floor get wider and wider. As sooon as I could I rolled out from underneath the wreckage and lay on the floor panting, adrenaline rushed through my body like a fire.

I felt a warm hand take mine and pull me to my feet.

"Thank you so much," I smiled at my rescuer, "thought I was a goner!"

I heard the crash from miles away, the noise pounding through the sand. I've heard similar crashes as this, but none quite this large. I occasionally found humans, lifeless on the sand, but only one or two, never in large groups.

I ventured through the trees, until I came across Adam, one of the few Atlantians I truly trusted. I wasn't thrilled to call him Adam, but I respected his wishes, unlike many others, and took pride in calling him my friend. Adam was exceptionally skilled in the ways of the island, knowing so many of the secrets amongst this land.

"Hello Adam", I greeted him. He turned his head, his eyes glinting in the light. His shaggy auburn hair swaying as he turned his head to meet my gaze.

"What do you think of them?", He asked. I peered through the trees, the wreckage of a large object Adam called an 'aeroplane' lay there, still lit with fire. My gaze shifted to the group of survivors, huddled together on the sand. Many were severely wounded, and many I was sure would die. A few stood, with only a few injuries, and addressed the group.

"Mother said I was not to be near them, but I disagree, they are so intriguing. She as a keeper must know the advantages of learning about them? I do not see a threat amongst their kind." I confessed.
"Although, I sense a weird..." I took a moment, searching for the right word. "Aura. I feel as though they have disturbed the balance of Atlantis". I explained. My voice portrayed my uncertainty of them, but I was too curious not to investigate.

"Hmm.." mumbled Adam as he thought. "I see a dilemma there. You do not want to disobey your mothers wishes, but you want too explore?" He questioned, in a voice so wise, and so experienced, I wondered about his age. I knew he was no where near the age of my mother, but when he spoke like that he could have been as old as my grandfather. The knowing in his voice, the way he could say something with such confidence, and dig deep to find truly heart felt words.

"No, I don't", I said with as much power as I could, but my thoughts betrayed me.
Yes, I want to go. Too break the rules and adventure, I do not wish to stay among Atlantis, I want to explore .
I know I shouldn't have been thinking that, and Adam most definitely should not have heard it, but my emotions were too strong, and they just seeped out.

I hated when that happened, I needed to have more self control. What if my mother were here, she would have known. I grumbled and looked at Adam who was looking at the humans.
Mo. was here. :) mwahahaha

[Harmony]

Harmony had always been afraid of planes, ever since she was little, though she'd never really known why. She'd have nightmares about them, plane crashes, fires, all sorts; and all of them ending in her death. Now her worst nightmare was coming true, and she could do nothing but cry.
Embaressing? Yes. But what else could she do? Even if she freed herself from her seat, even if she ran around in blind panic, she could do nothing. She was still high up in the sky, in a crashing aeroplane. She looked around at all of the people, crying, screaming. Only a few hours ago she'd been talking to some old woman sitting next to her, she'd just had a heart attack.
Harmony covered her eyes. Everything went blank.
The sound of waves crashing against the shore. Seagulls in the sky. A pounding in her head. Her eyes flicker open, then close as quick as lightening as the sunlight hits her square in the face. She gives a little whimper, before opening her eyes again, the pounding in her head becoming more noticable. She realizes she's trapped, though what under? She had no idea. Was she dead? She couldn't have lived through that crash, could she? She tried to sit up, but couldn't even move. Another whimper escapes her, as she tries to cry out, "Please... someone- anyone, please help me-" Before passing out again.

***

Harmony woke with a jolt, a hand shaking her shoulder. A person, she didn't know who, there were many people there. She tried to sit up, but somebody was holding her down, making her struggle and choke out, "No-No let go of me."
A voice, soothing her, "Shh, it's okay, calm down, nobody is trying to hurt you. Though it's best you dont sit up, you've had a nasty bump to the head."
So she just lay there, whimpering, crying, wishing she'd never gotten on that plane, like she'd first decided. She murmurs in a barely audible voice, "Can I get up now?"

He nodded. He tried to ignore the pain in his arm, though it was more then clear that he would have to make a splint. There was a body next to where he stood. He didn’t like the idea, but he ripped off the shirt from the body. It was the body of the fat man whom sat across from him. This was a white shirt. He tried to make a splint with the shirt, but he couldn’t tie it. Sure enough the girl whom he had saved helped him tie it. But then of course there was the question he wanted to avoid, at least until he could remember.
“What happened to your arm?”
He sighed, he couldn’t just not reply. He looked at the girl. She hid her hair, and eyes.
“I don’t remember, but some time in the crash it got broken.”
He smiled.
“I was always a lefty.”
She smiled too. He evne got a light chuckle out of her.
“Why do you hide? I bet your eyes and hair are lovely.”
She frowned. She didn’t seem to like her hair, and/or eyes. He didn’t understand why. She was such a lovely girl. She reminded him of a girl from the orphanage, though he couldn’t remember those days very clearly.

"I hide them because if people saw them they'd think I was a freak. If someone calls me names one more time I swear I'll explode." I explained quietly.

He tilted his head. "Why would they make fun of your hair and eyes?"

I shrugged, and changed the subject. "I'm Alyssa. What's your name?"

"Jhon." He reached out with his left arm and grabbed my sunglasses. I froze as he removed them from my face. I shut my eyes tightly before they were exposed. I felt my hood fall from my head. "Open your eyes." Jhon said quietly.

I sighed and opened them slowly.

He was surprised at the color of her eyes. He had read that some humans were albino. They simply interested him, not frightened him. He hadn’t been made fun of simply because he could tan in the summer time. His hair was naturally white, though no one believed him.
“What’s wrong with that? You look great. I wish I were like you, people think I dyed my hair just because I can tan.”
He smiled. She seemed puzzled by his kindness, and the fact that his hair was natural.
“What do you mean it’s natural?”
He chuckled. Then he shook his head. He smiled and gently rubbed her head.
“You know, if you’re proud of who you are, then they’ll stop making fun of you. When they insult you, or say your hair and eyes are stupid, all you have to do is say: so?”
She looked at him blankly. She squinted at the brightness of the sun. She looked at the sunglasses in his hand.
“Could I have those back.”
He nodded, knowing this time she wanted them for the sun.

I awoke and scrambled to my feet looking around in a daze. My shirt was torn into shreds, barely able to cling onto my body. I look around and saw a beach. Then i remembered. I whirled around and started making my way through the wreckage. My feet got cut up as i tried to dodge the metal and glass. I heard talking and a giggle. I walked further and saw two people talking Both of them were albino.

"Hey!" i yelled. I was acting like i was in a dream. The beach went as far as i could see and the rest of the island was covered in a dense green forest. A girl turned as she put a pair of sunglasses on, but i caught a glimpse of her eyes, they reminded me of mine. Mine were yellow though. She walked over to me shyly.

I took the sunglasses back gratefully and put them back on. They stood out startlingly on my white face. "Being able to tan would be great." I commented.

Jhon shrugged.

"Hey!"

I turned. There was another survivor. He looked pretty beat up. I climbed to my feet and hurried over to him. "Are you alright?" I asked.
