He was a few minutes behind Sharonda as far as jumping out the window. When the knocking came again, he decided just to jump for it. Once he had hit the ground he heard a scream. He wasn't to interested, he just wanted to have a look.

Then he turned the alley to see Gillim, seemingly frightened by the tears of Sharonda, standing as stiff as a pole. He let out a light chuckle. "Well, how shocking, why don't you just kiss already. Quit saying 'oh I hate the other' you're protesting to much."

They both looked at him like he were crazy. He sighed, then rolled his eyes. "You know what, fine don't, but you owe me five bucks when you do kiss." He leaned against the wall.
All I can hear; "I me mine, I me mine, I me mine". Even those tears; "I me mine, I me mine, I me mine". No one's frightened of playing it. Everyone's saying it. Flowing more freely than wine. All through your life; "I me mine".

Gillim, apparently snapped out of his stupor, turned to Dylan with a scowl. "I was just getting a canary, that's all, and managed to help Sharonda out at the same time. She is sort of my friend, after all. I think."

David's smug look made his face redden. "Look, either cut it out or I'll give you a pig-face. I mean it."

"You can't even touch me," David said, still smirking.

Realizing that there wasn't much he could say in this situation, Gillim turned back around, grumbling.

*Hey, that was David. I'll bring Dylan in.*

Dylan knew he had to get out, but he didn't want to use the window for an exit becuse if the officer came back no one would be here. This is ridiculous.

Dylan heard the knock at the door, he opened it and saw a tiny woman outside. "Hello dear. I'm sorry to bother you, but I heard some rather loud noises earlier and I wanted to make sure that everything was okay."

Dylan noticed the maids uniform she wore, Thank God it was only her.

"Yes, every thing's fine. I just tripped earlier," He smiled sheepishly. "If you wouldn't mind, I'm going to step out so you can clean up in here."

"Thank you," She proceeded to go to her cart and get her supplies.

Dylan quickly proceeded down the hallway and out the front door.

He turned the corner when he saw Gillim (holding a canary), Sharonda, and David in an alley. "Hey, what're you guys doing out here? We need to leave." He made a waving gesture to emphasize his point.

Sadie

I was about five minutes away. Panting, I slowed to a jog and groaned as a stich started to set in. Sprinting was not my thing.
I walked past an alleyway where four people, three guys and a girl, were supposedly arguing. I slowed down even more, wondering if she was in trouble, but it was clear from the discussion that they all knew each other.
I carried on and eventually ended up outside the hospital. Squaring my shoulders, I marched in.

*sorry it's so short*
*thought it would be nice if we started to all notice each other by the way?*

Sharonda was still shaking. "That, was the worst experience I have ever had." She said. She saw a mortal girl racing down the street, seeming extremely worried. She slowed down when she saw them, but sped up again almost immediately. Gillim got that glint in his eyes.

TANYA

Tanya was with Lyanna in her room now. The panic had died out and Lyanna looked better just not...well, you couldn't ignore the bruises or the bandages. She had several broken bones and she was still unconscious.

"Oh Lyanna," Tanya sighed. "I need to practice my healing spells." She grumbled to herself about how much she needed to work on them.

She felt a stirring and Tanya's hand automatically went to Lyanna's hand. But it didn't come form her, only a nurse coming into the door.

"There is a female visitor for Miss. Lyanna," she remarked, looking down at her.

Tanya raised an eyebrow. "What was her name?" She asked.

"Sadie," the nurse replied. Tanya gasped and flew out of the door and to the nervous looking Sadie.

They hugged when Sadie asked what had happened. Tanya explained everything in about ten minutes. Saide looked utterly horrfied.

"Don't worry, though," Tanya replied, narrowing her eyes. "They won't get away with it."

"Tanya," Sadie shook her head. "You couldn't hurt a fly and you know it."

She was about to deny it when she saw a familiar farie outside. There was Dylan and Gilliam heading towards the hospital. Tanya gasped. As much as she'd like to speak with them, she couldn't. Not yet. After all, she had ran away from the Lost City.

"You've never seen me Sadie. If anyone asks about me, you don't know me, got it. No questions yet," she said hurriedly and dodging back into Lyanna's room, with Sadie closly on her tail. Good. It would hide her from sight, so long s they didn't catch a glimpse of her very noticiable silvery blonde hair.

Sharonda

Sharonda, Gillim, Dylan and David had decided to go in the direction the the strange car had gone. They were approaching an odd looking building. She saw a face in the window that she vaugely recognized, but the face disappeared quickly. They walked up to the door.

Lyanna

Lyanna heard whispering. Tanya and Sadie. They sounded worried. Lyanna didn't want them to be worried. Why were they worried? Then she remembered. Her parents had walked her a couple blocks away, then started screaming at her. And then- Lyanna got a lump in her throat. She didn't want to remember what had happened after that. Lyanna opened her eyes slowly.

Gillim looked a little disappointed. "This is where that noisy car was headed? Where are the flashing lights? Why is there no screaming or loud music?"

Dylan gave him a blank look. "Because this is a hospital...?"

The fairy winced. "You mean like where healers work? Ugh, how depressing. I hate being around sick people."

Sharonda gave him an affronted look. Gillim crossed his arms childishly. "Well I do."

Sharonda shook her head. "Let's go in. I think I saw someone that I recognize. I don't remember where from though. I want to find out who it is." She didn't wait for an answer and went inside.

TANYA

"Oh Lyanna!" she exclaimed, rushing towards her bed. Tears grew in her eyes and slowly leaked over her brimming lids. "Are you alright?"

"Fine. I've been better," she admitted, not even trying to move around. Tanya moved her hand over Lyanna's lightly.

"I'm so sorry," Tanya shook her head. "So, so sorry."

"Wasn't your fault," Lyanna croaked. Tanya shook her head.

"I could argue that all day, but I won't. You need to save your strength to get better and I will do all I can to help," Tanya said, smiling. "I can help get rid of these bruises and some of the pain."

Tanya didn't wait for an answer. She started mumbling the spell words to heal her. Lyanna was probably suspicious, but she couldn't know what Tanya was doing.

There was a shuffling outside and Tanya remembered the people she had seen a while back.

"Alright, Lyanna," she sighed. "There are some people I'm trying to hide from. If they ask if you know me, deny it. You've never met me."

Lyanna looked confused but didn't question her. She would get answers when she was stronger. Tanya looked at the door.

"At the first sign that someone is coming in, I'm going to dash behind that curtain. I can't let them see me," Tanya said. "I'm sorry to ask you to hide me like this without explanation, but it's really a long story.

The handle started to move and Tanya rushed behind the curtain mumbling another defensive spell. One that would keep her hidden from other eyes if they decided to look behind the curtain.

David followed Sharonda inside. "If you don't like it, then you can leave. Remember, if you want to turn me into something go for a badger." He spoke sarcastically. He was clearly getting on Gillims nerves.

He would have to do this carefully, Gillim was unstable when taunted. He made sure to keep at least one body between him and Gillim, just in case.

Sadie

*I just realised Sadie has parents. Oops. Anyway, they'll be going for two weeks, easier that way.*

I'd been slumped on the chair in Lyanna's room when my phone had vibrated. Tanya was mumbling over Lyanna's body, her eyes focused and her body tense, i decided not to disturb her.
I walked outside and pressed the green phone.
"Sadie! Sadie! Why aren't you here to see us off?"
I sighed.
"Mom. My friend got beaten up, she's in hospital. I can't come now."
I heard her breathe in deeply and gather herself together. She wouldn't mind too much, my mom was too nice for that.
"Oh. Ok darling, we'll see you when we get back then. You have money and numbers, don't you? Miss you loads. Love you."
"Have fun skiing. Love you too."

A doctor walked past me and opened the door to Lyanna's room. ((is that ok, White? I figured the fairies didn't know where Tanya was yet,))
I snapped my phone shut and saw four people standing near me in the entrance. I knew them from somewhere. Then I realised, it was the people from the alleyway! Now I tried to get a good look at them. They were looking round, all had different expressions. Another, a 13 year old girl was looking round the hospital inquisitivley, with a gaze far beyond her years. The next, a man with bright golden eyes had a look in his eyes that I didn't particularly like. Another, a guy around 25 had a detatched uncaring look in his his gaze. These three all had something different about them that I couldn't place. The last guy who looked about eighteen, was looking at the people he was with like he couldn't quite believe what they were.
I know how you feel bud. I thought.

Sharonda's adrenaline rush had subsided to the occasional shiver. There was a girl sitting in a chair, looking extremely worried about something or someone. She was examining them, seeming mildly surprised. Sharonda glanced at Gillim. He was looking right back at the girl with his yellow eyes, and she saw him give her a small wink. Sharonda scowled at him. "Don't you dare." She warned. She walked up to the girl. "Hi, I'm Sharon." She said, extending her hand. Gillim may not be safe to shake hands with, but I certainly am.

Dylan

When they arrived in the hospital, they had no idea what they were going to do. There was a girl over in a chair, she looked up at them, Sharonda noticed her and walked over to her after telling Gillim not to do anything. She extended her hand and the girl looked at her.

She smiled and took Sharonda's hand. "Hi, I'm Sadie."

Clotho

Clotho looked over at Marneus," Do you want to dance before we go?"

"Sure," Marneus took her hand and lead her out on the dance floor. Their hands met in the familiar dance pose and they swept across the dance floor.

Clotho saw Laurie and Damion on the other side of the room, looking at each other with a seriousness. Clotho was confused for a second, but turned back to Marneus and smiled. "I love this."
