"It's delicious, don't fret." He smiled as he forked some more lettuce. It really tasted good. "Did you go to corinary school or something?"

"No." She blushed. He smiled, she looked so beautiful. He finished his salad and moved on to the rest of his food, all of it tasting wonderful.

"Liar." He said when he finished.

"What?"

"You ahd to have, cause that was good." He smiled.

Brooklyn laughed and shook her head, smiling brightly. "No, really I didn't. We lived next to a chef in Florida, and he was always teaching me how to cook. So I guess I did get some lessons in culinary arts." She laughed softly and pushed her plate aside, the oven suddenly dinging. She smiled brightly and stood up, grabbing her and Jayke's bare plates, and hurried into the kitchen.

Brooklyn hummed to herself as she took the cake out. She poured melted chocolate into the middle of each of the small cakes and used a little bit of frosting to keep the top and bottom of the cakes together. She drizzled some chocolate and caramel syrup on the cakes before sprinkling a few chocolate shaving on the top. She slapped a dollop of whip cream on both cakes and finished off with a bright red cherry before skipping back into the dining room.

"Damn!" Jayke said before he thought as he looked at them. "Sorry." She laughed.

"It's fine." She smiled.

"That's amazing, how long was I asleep that you were able to do all this?" He asked.

"Not to long." She smiled.

"Wow!"

Brooklyn smiled sheepishly and set the cake in front of him. It wasn't huge, only about as big as a twelve ounce pound cake, the normal serving for a person. She sat back down and took a sip of her non-alcoholic wine, smiling at him brightly before sinking her fork into the chocolate-y goodness.

Jayke took a bite and then smiled. "This is sinfully delicious." he smiled.

"I have to agree." She smiled. They finished their food and then he cleared the dishes washing them with her drying them and then he pulled her close kissing her.

"Thanks for the great food." he smiled.

"Any time." She smiled.

"Don't tempt me." He replied with a smile.

"Oh, why not?" She asked.

"You'll end up hating cooking." he replied as he kissed her again pulling her close.

Brooklyn pulled away, breathless, and giggled softly. "As long as I get to eat my food, I'll never hate cooking." She smiled and looked up at Jayke thoughtfully. "I was actually thinking about going into the culinary art field. I'm always helping out my mom when she cooks, and I'm usually cooking when my parents work late. It's something I'm actually good at. I like cooking cakes the best though." She giggled, sticking her tongue out.

"You could definitely do it." Jayke smiled reassuringly, causing Brooklyn to laugh lightly.

"Thanks," she smiled brightly and wiped down the counter. "What do you want to do once you graduate?"

"I'm not sure, being a formen at a construction site sounds nice. I like building things and it brings in good money." He smiled.

"That it does that I've heard." She smiled. He nodded and wrapped his arm around her wasit as they walked into the living room and sat on the couch.

"I love you." He said softly as he kissed her.

"I love you too." She smiled. He kissed her neck and she giggled.

"That tickles!" She laughed.

Brooklyn stopped laughing and smiled crookedly at Jayke, blinking slowly. She suddenly kissed him hard and passionately, thousands of thoughts running through her mind.

When they pulled apart he was breathless. "Whoa there tiger." He smiled kissing her again and pulling her close.

"Don't start." She laughed against his lips. He smiled and kissed her neck before going back to her lips and holding her close.

**Ahh... I don't know what to skip to! D:**

Brooklyn jumped out of bed and danced over to her closet, grabbing a pair of jeans and a hoodie. It was December twenty-third and she and Taylor were headed out to get Christmas presents for Jayke and Trent. Speaking of Jayke, he and Brooklyn had been together three months a week ago the day before. Brooklyn hopped into her clothing giddily, pulling on her boots over the skinny jeans and a black scarf. She hurried down stairs, yelling goodbye to her parents, and stepped out the door, sinking a good foot in snow. "As if you weren't short enough!" Jayke teased from his yard, waving over. Thank god for boots.

"Ah, shut up!" Brooklyn called back playfully and struggled over to her driveway that was void of snow. "Morning," she smiled once Jayke got over to her, and wrapped her arms around him in a hug. She pressed her cold lips to his and pulled away, smiling brightly.

"Morning," he laughed, tucking her scarf over her nose. "Where are you going?"

"Shopping with Taylor. What about you?"

"Same, but with Trent." Jayke smiled cheekily. "What do you want for Christmas Brookey?" He smiled, trying to get it out of her.

"What do you want?"

"Nothing."

"Well that's my answer too!" She smiled brightly, already knowing what she was getting the big goofball.

Jayke frowned. "You gotta want something." He said as he kissed her cold lips again before moving the scarf back over her nose and lips. "Man your cold."

"Which do you mean?" She said her eyes smliing.

"Physically." He smiled. He smiled when he thought of something to get her.

*Pink I guess, or white. Either one*

Brooklyn laughed softly when Jayke leaned down and kissed her one the nose, jumping when Taylor suddenly drove behind them and honked her horn, Trent jumping out of the car after kissing her. Brooklyn laughed softly and gave Jayke a tight hug and a kiss before jogging over to the car. "Get in!" Taylor screeched excitedly. Brooklyn giggled and jumped into the window, her legs still hanging out when Taylor yanked out and sped down the steet. "So, what're getting him?" Taylor smiled over at Brooklyn crookedly.

Brooklyn smiled back at her lopsidedly and slid her purity ring off her slim finger, causing Taylor so scream loudly and stare at her widely. "It's not what you think!" Brooklyn reassured her with a giggle. "It's just a promise to him. I'm also going to get him a couple of other stuff too."

***Sweet***

Trent and Jayke drove to the furthest mall so they wouldn't have to worry about running into the girls. Jayke walked to the jewelary store Trent in tow.

"Your going to make me look like a bad boyfriend." Trent laughed.

"What are you getting Tay?" He asked.

"A necklace." Trent smiled.

"I won't make you look bad." Jayke replied as he looked at a necklace and ring set.

"Why are you getting her that?" Trent asked when Jayke had the clerk pull it out.

"Call it a promise ring." He smiled.

"You mean one of those things that is like an engagement ring to an engagement ring?" Trent asked.

"Kinda. But it's complicated." Jayke smiled when he nodded to the clerk. "I'll take them."
