***It's fine :D ***

Jayke took a deep breath and climbed out of the bed. Why couldn't she see how much he liked her and if she did why couldn't she return the feelings. If she hadn't moved he'd've let her know how he felt, but she either didn't realize what was going on, or she did and was lettin ghim down gently. He hoped it was the first. He followed her downstairs and sat on a chair laying his head on the counter closing his eyes.

"Wake up." Taylor laughed hitting his head.

"No." He growled. "I was happy asleep."

"You mean you were happy sleeping next to Brook," Trent teased, taking a seat on the opposite side of the table. Jayke shot him a glare before looking over at Brook, who was laughing at Taylor for putting peanut butter on her pancakes.

"That's disgusting," Brooklyn laughed as she and Taylor walked back over to the table, Brooklyn laying the plate stacked high with pancakes on the table along with the syrup and Taylor's peanut butter. She took the top two pancakes and sat next to Jayke, Taylor sitting across from her with her peanut butter pancakes.

"It's really good! Just try it!" Brooklyn shook her head and decorated her pancakes with syrup and chocolate, topping it off with a spritz of whip cream. "And you call me weird," Taylor grinned accusingly.

"Hey! It wakes me up, okay?" Brooklyn laughed softly, spraying some whip cream into her coffee. Taylor laughed and shook her head when Brooklyn took a sip, gaining a mustache. She grinned, turning to Jayke and grinning deviously. She scooped some whip cream off her pancakes, splattering it on his tired face.

Jayke grabbed a napkin and cleaned off his face. "I'm going to take a shower. Don't drink all the coffee please." He walked up to his room and washed off feeling a little more awake when he came back down and poured some black coffee swallowing the hot liquid and waking up some more.

"Grouchy, Grouchy." Trent laughed. "You should see the video we got this morning."

"I saw part of it." He replied with a small smiled. "I'm sure it's not that interesting."

"Oh it is. Especially when we caught you sleep talking." Trent grinned. Jayke's face dropped. What had he said.

"Still I doubt it's any good." He replied gruffly.

Brooklyn pouted as Jayke walked off, Trent walking into the kitchen. "Such a bad mood," Taylor giggled softly, Brooklyn swinging her head towards her best friend and grinning. "Oh, you know that video we took?" This made a glare and pout replace her smile.

"Yes, what about it?" Brooklyn sighed, taking a mouthful of pancakes.

"Well, we caught you and Jayke muttering some sleep talk, very intense too." Brooklyn choked on her pancakes, swallowing them down quickly.

"Give it to me!" She croaked, reaching out a hand. Taylor grinned, flashing the video before shooting away from the table.

"Can't catch me!"

"Taylor, I'll kill you!"

"No you won't!" Taylor laughed. Jayke heard her running and he stood by the door. When she darted through it he grabbed her and the camera.

"NOT FAIR!" Taylor pouted.

"It's fine, they both sleep talk. Always have." Trent said walking in. "I'm sure we'll get just as much if not more later." Trent replied.

"Now I know why I was slightly happy when y'all broke up." Jayke frowned. "You two are devious together. Just plain devious!" He laughed.

**Sorry I had to go to my friends to prepare for her party, which sucked in the end :D**

Brooklyn smiled widely, dancing over to her friends, smiling as she slid the camera into her hands, playing the video. She frowned, glaring at Taylor. "WHere's the cord for the television? I can't hear anything!" She pouted when Taylor shrugged, Trent grinning from behind her. She stared at Taylor for a long moment, just enough time to watch the girl's eyes casually slip to the television in one of the guest rooms. In the front of it sat two cords, one for video and audio. Brooklyn shot into the room, Taylor screaming bloody murder as she flailed in Jayke's arms.

"Can't catch me!" Brooklyn teased, snatching out the cords and running downstairs to plug them in. "Come watch it!" She screeched as the video appeared, waiting to be played.

Jayke wasn't sure he wanted to. He let Taylor go and slowly followed down to the guest room and sat on the bed.

"How bad is it you two?" He asked.

"Well, technically it's not bad, just bad." Trent laughed. Jayke frowned his eyes narrowing.

"That answers nothing." He growled.

Brooklyn smiled excitedly, slipping the movie in and pressing play. It started with with Taylor and Trent talking about going in and video taping Brooklyn and Jayke before turning back to the two who were sleeping in the bed. Brooklyn winced at just how content and peaceful she looked before looking to Jayke, whose sleeping face held the same appearance. The camera zoomed in while Brook's lips moved, the audio boosting a little.

"Jayke," was all she said the first time. She said something else but Taylor hit mute, a smug smile on her face. She pressed the mute button again in time for Jayke to start talking.

"Brook," he sighed, still asleep before Taylor hit mute again, Brooklyn glaring at her while she smiled proudly, hiding behind Trent who was sitting on the love seat.

Jayke rolled his eyes. "I should've known." He got up and yawned. "Now, I don't know about y'all, but I'm going for a swim, I'm not gonna play Taylor's game." he smiled before walking otu of the room and getting his trunks and then walking back in the living room in just his swim trunks. "Well anyone coming?"

"I will." Trent said jumping up. They left the room heading for the pool in the back.

Brooklyn glared at Taylor, crossing her arms and standing up with a pout as she walked towards the door. Taylor screamed after her childishly, taking the movie out and chasing her over to her house and into her bedroom. Elvis leaped onto Taylor, barking shrilly. Brooklyn could help but chuckle as Taylor's shaken expression. "The bathing suits are in the second drawer in the tall dresser." She grinned before feeding Monty and filling Elvis' bowl up with kibble. Taylor tossed Brooklyn a paint splattered black two piece before changing into a black and pink one. Brooklyn rolled her eyes and changed quickly, shaking her hair out before grabbing her sunglasses.

"So, you forgive me, right?" Taylor grinned while Brooklyn grabbed her boom box.

"Yes I forgive you," Brooklyn rolled her eyes and grinned crookedly, jogging down the stairs with Taylor in tow.

"Race you to the pool!" Taylor screeched, both running towards the pool at full speed, obviously forgetting they were in bathing suits.

Jayke saw Brook and Tay run around the house and towards the pool.

"I've always hated girls swim suits."he told Trent who nodded. The girls didn't hear. They set up the boom box and jumped in. They always distract the mind. He thought.

Brooklyn walked around the edge of the pool next to Taylor, thinking over and over again that she needed a distraction for Taylor. Taylor leaned over the side of the diving board to talk to Trent and Brooklyn ran at her full force, shoving her towards the water. Letting out a scream Taylor grabbed Brooklyn's hand, yanking her in as well.

Brooklyn slapped the water back first, wincing as she came back up, her back red. "Jerk," she growled at Taylor, who was laughing loudly, hanging off of Trent.

"Karma's a bitch, huh?" Taylor teased playfully, kissing Trent on the cheek. Brooklyn pouted and crossed her arms.

Jayke laughed and looked at Brook. "Ah, relax." He smiled swimming around her. Tays just have fun." He smiled before wrapping his arms around her waist then letting his knees give out pulling her under with him. He let go of her waist even if he didn't want to before he surfaced smiling as she came up splashing him.

"HEY!" He yelled laughing as he splashed her back.

Brooklyn laughed lightly when a huge splash fight broke out, Jayke splashing her as she splashed him over and over again. She giggled insanely as he wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her down under water again, both of them soon trying to submerge the other in water. Brooklyn shoved on his shoulders, pulling herself up instead of pushing him under. She groaned in frustration. "You're too strong now," she pouted, holding onto his neck playfully while he chuckled.

"I'm just cool like that," he teased, falling backwards into the water and landing on Brooklyn, who let out a playful screech, crawling her way back to the surface only to jump on Jayke's back again, failing once more to dunk him.

"You're such a-"

"You know, when you guys said you were too busy to come over and hang out this morning, I didn't know it was because you'd hired hos after your girlfriends broke up with you," a tan, buff guy walked into the pool area through Jayke's fence, a couple guys and girls in skimpy suit following. "I'd like the dark haired girl when your done with her." He laughed loudly, slipping some one of his CDs into Brooklyn's boom box before sliding into the water, the rest of the guys following while their slutty girlfriends tanned. The guy talking trash touched Brooklyn's side. "She'd be a pretty face to have a big team bang with though." Brooklyn glared and inched her way behind Jayke, trying to to make her futile attempts noticeable.

**No it's good cause Jayke'll be pissed.**

"Brook is not a hoe. And neither is Taylor. And their not up for grabs, Smith." He hissed standing in front of Brook and crossing his arms. Trent was holding Taylor close to him glaring. "Now, apologize or get the hell off my property." Mike Smith put his hands up.

"Sorry, dude, Brittney's running her mouth again." He said as one of the girls walked over to him and wrapped her arms around his waist. Jayke almost rolled his eyes. Were these really the guys he used to hang out with? He felt Brook move to his side but stay close to him looking at the guys a tad fearfully. He put his arm around her shoulder pulling her close.

"Alright, enough tension." A guy yelled before cannon balling into the water and splashing everyone. Jayke knew Mike wasn't sorry, especially with how he looked at Brook. Jayke pulled Brook closer and she didn't protest.
