Technically we don't know if Naruto looses the Kyubi yet. If he dies he dies and I truly doubt that's how the series would end because all the villages would be destroyed and that wouldn't be a very good message. So logically Naruto killed Akatski and kept his nine tails. As for him being god like, Naruto has lost battles plenty of times using the Kyubi. Neji nearly beat him, and Saske kicked his butt.

okay i just said this is not following the story 100%
here is the background story of what has happened between now and the latest chapter for this.
after naruto was captured the leaf village sent a team to bring him back and he was brought back to the village before the 9 tails was taken, the pains attacked once more and now with less that were known more brought down ending the hunt, naruto eventually became the hokage, married and had kids with hinata, then the village was attacked a year before and naruto saved it though it cost him his life, but before he died he passed the fox to his son to help him protect the village, the son does not know he has the fox yet his father could not tell him before he passed and he sealed it so the son could not access it yet, so right now he has the strength of a normal genin and until later when i release he will stay that way and even then he will have no control over the fox and not be able to use the fox unless he is about to die.

Koka headed towards the training field and arrived some time after Suika. He wore a heavy black shirt and green cargo pants. Attached to his waist was his sheathe and ninja tool pockets. As he arrived he waved to Suika and jumped up into the nearest tree to await his comrades and their jounin instructor, pulling from his back pocket a small leather bound book he began to read in the shade.
Rudely quiet, he wondered if she was here for the same reason as he and if one of their instructors could not coordinate trials effectively. To say it was not his concern would be a lie, he was serious and didn't know how to have fun as others would. He only found beauty and fun in the perfection and mastery of his studies. Chiefly, the sword and anyone mocking it would be quick to repent under his even sharper wit and skill.
*What Excalibur is doing is going to wait for their squad as well, but the Sensei's did not arrange times efectively, so both our squads will be stuck sharing the same training grounds.*
Koka entered quitely, giving Suika a wave. He jumped up into a tree and pulled out a leather-bound book. What's he doing here? Suika asked herself, one eye open, ther other squinting because of the sun.
Suika thought nothing of it and got up, stretching herself out. "I wished they'd hurry up already," Suika muttered to herself through clenched teeth and she started doing some yoga. She needed to get in line with her "yin and yang." Where were her sensei and squad mates?

Usiko sat at the ramen shop waiting for his order. He was sad here like always, though the smell and taste of ramen that he loved was all around him the place just brought back his fathers memory. Usiko finally got his order and scarfed it down quickly, he was late for his meeting with the new squad. When he had found out that his brother was in the same squad has him he loved it. It meant they would already have the team work edge down, plus his crush was in that group. He was happy with as he walked then he remembered something, he forgot where he was going. great Usiko thought as he ran. He knew he was at the training grounds but he forgot which one. When Usiko finally arrived he got an idea how to get their, using his Bykugan he would try to find a teammate in the place. After a few minutes of searching Usiko finally found the grounds, number thirteen. Usiko felt sorrow come over him, this was where his father came for his first training with his squad. The bell test, Usiko hoped that he would get to do it, it sounded like a lot of fun to him.
Koka watched Suika doing some yoga and feigned interest, closing his book in hopes of curing the boredom, "Nervous? Does doing that stuff actually help you calm down, Suika?"
He was the quiet type in the academy, which was probably taken as angst or disinterest, but the reality was he was incredibly shy and hated groups. A three person team seemed impossible for him to work with.
"Yoga seems so perverted. I'd die of embarrassment if anyone saw me!"
Nevertheless he did have some strange fascination of watching the girl practice thus far, but the horrible image of dirty old men trying it filled his head and he started to giggle. Just like any of the Akimichi's trying to reach their toes, the likely result made him rife with laughter.

*okay before i make my next post i have two announcements
1. i am switching Kita into Akira's group and Akira in to Kita's
2. the leaders are no longer playable by all, i have chosen people to be them, Me for squad 4, Amon for squad 6 and Excalibur for squad 5*
When Usiko finally arrived he began to feel a mixture of happiness and laughter brewing. He saw his brother up in the trees playing with a kunia and on the grass Suika and Koka doing Yoga. Usiko began to laugh at the sight of Koka doing the movements awkwardly and when he saw Usiko he stopped. and began to blush. Usiko began to run over to the tree where Kita was but suddenly he heard a sound and turned to see a man standing there.
"hello i am Mando Asami, and i am your new leader team four" The man said. the man looked up and began to count the heads. "why are there four of you" he asked. "all of you get over here" He ordered, as he took out a clip board. The four of ninja assembled and he asked for there names. "okay, its seems there has been a mix up, you two, Kita and Koka, you are in the wrong place. Kota you are with team 5 in ground 7 and Kita you are in group 6 in ground 15, and when you get there please send Akira here he is in this group."The man said then turned to Usiko and Suika, "now i want you to two warm up while we wait for the other, we will begin the assessment training test when he comes"He turned back to the Kita and Kota once more. "why are you still here go" He said and gestured them off. The two reluctantly left.
Kita was glad to be out of his brothers squad, now they could meet in battle when chunnin exams roled around. He sprinted to ground 15 to find a blue haired woman already their.

Usiko took a water balloon from his pack and sat down under a trees shade. He concentrated on the ball making his chakra flow through it trying to make pop. The balloon spun around the water making it thinner and more disk like. After ten minutes with out results he gave up putting it back in there. No matter how much Usiko tried the balloon would not pop. His dad had began to teach him the rasengan before he died but never gave him any hints or tips and even a year later he was no closer to mastering it. He got up and then taking out several Kunia began to chuck them at a pole in the fields center. Chucking several of them he made a smiley face design and then fell on his back. Finally after a few minutes he was finally called up to begin training. He saw the new arrival Akira standing near the master as he walked over. So this was his new team, seemed okay to him. He saw the master look over them once more then he produced two bells from his pocket.
"here's what you must do, you guys must get these bells from me, before suns set, and if you fail you will be strep of your rank" Mando said.
"you mean we'll be sent back to the academy" Akira asked.
"no, i mean you will never be ninjas" Mando said. The other two gulped looking afraid, but usiko was not. His father told him this and he knew how to do it.
(Seems my name changed and we've been moved? Koka (not Kota) doesn't do Yoga and he's been up in the tree. If he was moved this happens at the appropriate spot adjacent to 13.)
Sarjen Bero appeared next to Koka on the tree suddenly, "Hehe, aren't you lucky? See what a nice guy I am?" His hand slapped Koka on the back, nearly sending him crashing to earth.
"Oi, Koka?" Sarjen looked around, "Why are you the only one here? I got the time and place right don't I?"
Koka grumbled under his breath, "Great... I rather be down there with the dominatrix."
"Ssh she'll hear ya!" Sarjen eyed Quin from the branches, knowing that he was probably noticed, but hopefully not heard, "Ever since she got the 1000 Years of Pain she's been like that. Wonder if the blonde brat really did use a stick on her..."
"Yeah, yeah... take the stick out." Koka sighed, "How can you be a Jounin?"
"Such a buzzkill, how'd I get stuck with an ungrateful brat like you? Sure seemed better on the list," Sarjen looked around quickly, "Did they already leave? Hey, Koka-chan..."
Sarjen poked the boy with his finger, "Koka-chan. Koka-chan."
"NO I DIDN'T SEE THEM COMING OR~"
"GHAHAHA! Quin did you hear that!" Sarjen roared, "HEY! HEY! Did you hear that, Quin!? HE DIDN'T SEE THEM COMING. HAHAHA."
"Just great... my life is over before it even began." Koka lowered his head into his arms and hoped the man was drunk or high on their first day, he couldn't possibly stand this jokester for a jounin.
* sorry about the name thing, and also i am very confused. i said that you were doing yoga later on, sense you said it peeked his interest, then i sent you and amons people to a different place, ex's to Tg 9 and Amon's to 15, so please can you make your make sense it is very confusing.*
