My mate told me he's going to go to an event for the release of the 7th book, so I'm making his life a misery and going with him XD did anyone watch the launch of the book on TV last night?

Who dares call HP fans weirdos? Weirdo is not a nice word when used in that context. We are geeks.

Sadly, I was not able to go to any of the HP parties. I had to work that evening, and was short on bus tickets. Besides, I had another geek thing to do. Watching anime.

I wasn't calling all Harry Potter fans weirdos. I was just talking about the really extreme ones who dress up and stuff. Also, not all Harry Potter fans are geeks, either...again, only the extreme ones.

I finished it a while ago and I haven't stopped thinking about it since.

I know what happens since I dropped the book and it fell on an interesting page XD on the bright side my mate doesn't have to feel bad if he acidentally tells me what happens.

I'd rate it pretty highly amongst the others, actually. Definitely better than the 5th book, but the 3rd book has always been a favourite of mine...

I think this might be my favourite, I didn't really like the fifth one - I wanted to slap some of the people in it XD

I agree, part three is my fav. Of the films and the books. The fourth and fifth were just too long.

Yes, it was much better than the last one. Actually, i think it is the second best out of them all. My brain feels strained after sitting reading it straight, owck. I can't wait for the next one, wheee!! I totally wish i could've been in Edinburgh castle, i mean, it's practically just around the corner. Ack.

I wish it were longer, actually. Everything seems to be moving so quickly. :( I'm already on page 439 and I don't want it to end! *sniffles*
