sort of fun to see all the weirdos, though, the people who show up wearing robes and hats

I'm helping to host a part, and I HAVE to dress up. And I've had ONE TOO MANY people tell me I should be Hermione because of my bushy hair. *pouts*

You ought to throw a book at 'em, Sarah.

I'm going to get it at Hasting's at midnight. I'm gonna be T.O.'d if they don't have enough. That would be so typical of my stupid town... grr...

I'd love to work in my local "book" shop (I don't count Smiths as a good shop for books now...they only sort of have famous well known authors) when a new HP book comes out they all dress up in school uni with the hats and capes looks like fun XP

You(J. Wilder) got a point but you have a weird way of showing it. We should showm some respect. They are people, you know.

But I agree with you. The book it self is so addicting people are like literally "living with it."
juste essayer

La fin d'ordinaire, et vous ne verriez pas ce que vient.

What I like about Harry Potter is that it is so deep rooted in Greek and Celtic mythology. Dobby the house elf, for instance, is J.K. Rowling's take on an Irish type of faery. . . .can't quite remember the name, it's Bronie or something. But they love helping people with house work, and are actually insulted and leave when offered clothes. Only difference is the Welsh ones can be hostile--there's a myth of a Welsh bronie that came out while a girl was heating water, and it scared her so she dumped the boiling water on him, but his name was Dobie. Pretty similar to Dobby. So. . . .yeah.

YAY! My mother reserved a copy for me, so when I come back from camping on either Sunday or Monday I'm going to force my parents to pick it up on the way home lol.

I have a part time job in our local book shop, so it means i have to dress up and get up early, (6 in the morning *sighs*) to go into town to sell the books when the shop opens, and stay there the rest of the day, so i wont get to read it till evening. Looking forward to reading it though, i do want to know what happens

Aw man, Fool, that bites! But I guess since you're so close to the books and everything you'll have a better chance of getting one.

I'm going tonight after I get off work. I can't wait!! *gets really excited*

Almost all the major bookshops in SA is gonna have a HP party tonight, which is funny, since most South Africans boycot Hp (we are such losers).
The bookshop I'm going to has a midnight party, and then the books are released exactly 01:01 am. I don't care if its sad or pathetic or weird to stand outside a bookshop at 01:01 in the morning, I'm sure as hell not going to miss the opening.
Which is in exactly three hours (SA time)

One of my family will probably buy it for me, so yeah - I'll get it.

Hopefully it'll be better than the fifth book (which was very disapointing).
I wrote the above just for you.
