Lol at college most of us love Malfoy in the films for a kid he is hot, we also have a theory about their father/son bonding time: Bleaching Sunday XD

I was sort of sad when Dumbledore died it was more emotional then when Sirius died, I'm also sort of sad that they probably won't be in Hogwarts in the 7th book. This book was my fav though - lots of twists XD

Well we'll see, I think there's more to the snape dumbledore relationship to find out. I think Draco killing Dumbledore would have symbolised something and Dumbledore wanted Severus to carry on working after the death. So not pleading to be killed but not to let Draco be the one to do it. But then again I'm not sure. I just somehow can't imagine JkRowling leaving it Snapes character as that blank after his death.

I guessed Dumbledore would die in the sixth book after book 2. Book Seven was always going to be Harry going alone, that's always why she got rid of Sirius I believe.

Well anyway I literally sobbed in the last couple of chapters of this last book and gasped with anxiety and andrenaline.

Well I was naive and hoped he would live through them all ¬¬ damn her for killing him!

I agree with midnight's first theory. Except for I think somehow Dumbledore knew it was going to happen, and that he was somehow protecting Harry/Malfoy/Snape (not sure which) from something that's going to happen in book seven.

The thing that bothers me is when he was just about to kill Dumbledore, Snape had a look of loathing on his face, but what reason would he have to hate Dumbledeore that much? And why did Snape's Avada Kedavra send him flying off of the edge? Avada Kedavra doesn't do any physical damage save for killing the victim. It has no pushing force whatsoever, otherwise the old man in book 4 would have fallen backwards, not forwards.

Oooo that's so true..Maybe because he felt he was forced to do it and he hated the act he was about to commit that was the look of hatred. Not sure.

Anyways JK said we'll find out in book 7 exactly why Dumbledore trusted Snape so absolutely.

An who thought Snape would be the one to kill him oh well Slugworth seems good enough

I still have trouble accepting Dumbledore's death. And when SNAPE was the one who killed him, I was so shocked I fell off my bed. Really.
However, what I'm currently wondering is who exactly is R.A.B? The one who wrote the note in the locket. Some people reckon its Regulus Black, while others Mr. Burke. Personally I think its Regulus Black since if you noticed there's a locket at the Blacks house which was stuck or something like that in OotP. Then again I could be wrong and R.A.B turns out to be Mr. Burke or a new character.
Oh, and I wonder what the other Horcrux of one Ravenclaw's or Gryffindor's is?

My friend thinks Harry Potter is the last Horcrux apparently she's killing him at the end of the book - he'd have to kill himself and then one of the others could finish of Voldemort.

No Dumbledor said he was probably going to be one, but Voldy got beaten by him

My freind things that because Voldermort was preparing to make a Horucrux perhaps some of his soul was passed on to Harry and is kept in his scar. This would explain why Harry has some of Voldermort's abilities, but even Voldermort has not realised, or perhaps he is beggining to realise. Consequently the end could involve Voldermort's soul needing to be wrenched from Harry, as it would fit in the prophecy. Also Harry will supposedly have a power using his eyes that his mother had 'lily's eyes' and all. So perhaps there will be a magical struggle of evil and love within Harry himself.

*grins* my thoughts exactly, but it almost seems to obvious, but it would fit. but it would make sense if Harry killed both of them.. took Voldy out with him.

It could be Neville i know weird thought but remember the Profecy

I dont think Harry will die I think the Horcrux will be in his scar. The last word of the book is scar so it will be like and harry touched the scar....or something.
