Class got over with early. I decided to ride my bike down into town and see if Tristian and Kyle were still at the diner. I was pretty sure they still would be. I wanted to see Kyle.
Tristan was surprised when he saw Angel walk in. Kyle scooted over so she could sit down and Sybyla was about to go back in waitress mod when Tristan smiled at Angel.
"This is Sybyla, Sybyla this is my sister Angel." He smiled.
Angel looked at Tristan with a surprised look and he just smiled. "And she's not allowed to get up unless another customer comes in. Unless she wants to get your drink so you don't kill me."
Kyle.
Kyle laughed, "I'll get it if I'm allowed to." He smiled.
This guy seriously thought he was going to shake me just like that!
"No, I won't just 'go away'," I said firmly. For some reason I felt a strong draw to this man. Regardless of how much he was urging me to leave, I didn't really want to.
I walked out of the store, my shift was over. I sighed as I remembered that guy buying the sunglasses. I found it odd he was buying them at almost midnight.
I walked to the bus stop and waited. It was cold out tonight and of course I'd forgotten my jacket.
I pulled out the book that I was reading at the store and started to read. It'd get my mind off of the cold. I pulled my legs up onto the bench and sat cross legged, waiting for the bus.
Some say laughing is the best medicine but what do you do when you can't laugh anymore?
Multiple personalities are just good social skills.
Night was one of the only times I could come outside and ironically, there was almost never anything to do. I sighed, darting my eyes from store to store. All fast-food restaurants and drug stores. What was I supposed to do with my time?
I decided to go back to the convinience store. The girl there wasn't that bad to look at. I wandered through the double doors and stopped, realizing her shift must be over. At the counter there was a man there, his mustache taking up half his face. I smiled politely at him and lingered for a couple seconds around the magazines. After a couple minutes I left, mentally scolding myself for being so selfish.
Maybe I would go over to see Nick. His crazed mind would get mine out of its nearly irrevocable boredom. I strode over to the bus stop, plopping down onto the bench. According to the schedule (which I'd memorized - I use the bus a lot) I would have to wait about 10 more minutes. No problem, seeing how I have all the time in the world.
There was somebody else on the bench I hadn't noticed; it must have been to dark to realize she was there. I turned my head and smiled at her. Aren't I lucky?
I looked over at the man who'd plopped down beside me.
He had messy, brown hair and smooth skin. I recognized him as the guy who had come into the store to buy sunglasses earlier.
"Hello," He said when he saw me looking at him. He smiled at me.
"Hi" I said quietly. He kept looking over towards me and I started to smile a little. He made me feel uneasy but there was something about him that intrigued me.

"Hi." she had mumbled quietly. I placed the sunglasses on my forehead so I could see clearer. She shuffled in her seat slightly, worrying me that I was making her uncomfortable.
"I'm Paul." I introduced myself before I dared to strike up a conversation. "Thanks for the sunglasses." I grinned. I usually never tended to grin a lot, seeing how being a vampire wasn't the nicest kind of life there was to lead. "The sun has been obnoxious these past few days."
