Now about claiming the characters...
This is a selective storybook, in order to get one of the characters you have to PM either me or TNCowgirl with who you want, we'll reply within the day to if you get them or not, and then we'll edit the profile so its labled clearly that you're controling the character.

The plot...
The plot to this storybook changes almost every post. Hence the "Random Vampire Story" title. In this story there are four different kinds of people...
~Humans
~Vampires
~Witches (male and female alike)
~Werewolves.
The only bits to the plot that we have is about the witches and werewolves. The werewolves have virtually no free will and hate all vampires. Witches have as much free will as humans, but almost unlimited magic.
The werewolves and witches are the disposable ones, the ones that get picked up and dropped off a lot those are the ones that die a lot as well.

Hi Alice! I messaged you about seeing if I could be Paul or not. So I have dibs (No, ha)! This sounds like it would be pretty fun. I hope I can participate.

I laughed slightly as I pocketed the fifty dollar tip, somebody must have made a mistake. They'd suffer for it, but I didn't know who it was to give it back. I consoled myself by suggesting that it wasn't a mistake, I was just extra pretty today.

I laughed mockingly there was no pretty about me.

Angel

I sat alone in my room holding my parents favorite shirts tight. I knew I had to go to class soon, but I didn't care. I sat in the back all alone all the time anyways. I stood up and folded their shirts up carefully and stuck them under my blankets.

I dressed in my usual school outfit. My jeans and blouse, my dad's old jacket over top just so I could feel him near me still. I kept my mothers necklace around my neck all the time too. Even when I showered and slept.

I missed them too much.
I just lost the game.

Nick

I lay across a bench, under the shadow of a tree in the park. Why not just stay here? Let the sun burn me to a crisp? Put me out of my misery?

I was sick of this. I hated my life, my past, my future.

I put the bottle to my lips again, ignoring the voice in the back of my mind telling me not to. This human's drink would kill me faster than the sun would, but I didn't care. The burn of the alcohol was comforting in my distress.

<< she spells her name differently than her parents named her

I walked through the park, enjoying the peace of the night.

Inhaling deeply, I noticed another vampire somewhere near by.

Looking around, I noticed a man, the vampire, sitting on a bench. He held a bottle of alcohol in his hand - the scent burnt my nose.

"What are you doing?!" I exclaimed, immediatly pulling the bottle from his hand. I didn't know the guy, but I was far from the type who would just let someone throw their life away.

Tristan:

Tristan walked into the room where Angel was and sighed. "Angel, you need to get to school, trust me, missing them won't bring them back." He said smiling at his sister. "Come on now, I have to meet Kyle at the dinner." He smiled.

Kyle:

Kyle walked into the dinner and sat down running a hand through his hair. He sighed, Tristan was late again. "Waitress?" He called to the beautiful waitress. She walked over and smiled. "Can I get another refil on my drink. It seems my friend is being a little slow today." He smiled.

"Nick!" I called, jumping from shadow to shadow to get to my friend. Nick was sprawled all over some bench, about to chug a bottle of liquid I know would kill him. "What the hell are you doing?" I asked angrily, snatching the bottle from his hands and throwing it on the ground, allowing it to explode into thousands of sparkling glass shards. Nick glared at me as he sat up on the bench.

**Umm, Loveable...someone just did that.**

Nick

I scowled, sitting up. This girl, this human, was trying to stop me from commiting suicide? From doing myself a favor?

I glared at her as her comment finally registered. What are you doing?! I scoffed. "What do you care? I hate this life...Now, leave me alone."

I stood up, snorted as I passed her, and began to walk away.

**Sorry I was at the doctors last night and I was a bit frazzled when I came back home. I forgot to post on here.**

Polly~

I sighed as I stood behind the desk of the department store. It was quiet tonight. I watched as the few people that were here looked around.
I opened up my book, considering I had nothing better to do, when a woman stepped up and started to emty her cart. I quickly rung all the items up without looking at her.
"That'll be $17.87" I told her as I put her things away in bags. She swiped her credit card as everyone did these days. I shook my head and then gave her the receipt.
I turned my attention back to my book and waited for my shift to be over.

** Dammit!! I didn't see!! **

Paul ~

Over the course of the day I had lost my sunglasses. It had been blazing hot for the past week, and it's been annoying the hell out of me. For most of the day I'd been hiding in shadows, leaning against trees, pretending to be engaged in Pride & Prejudice. Although I spent no time in the sun, it still blinded me. I suppose petty annoyances still never got past me.

It was night time, and I could finally get outside into the streets. I kicked a pebble as I roamed the sidewalk, observing my surroundings. An obnoxious yellow light shined into my eye and I turned my head, discovering a convienience store. I'm sure they would have sunglasses.

I strolled across the parking lot and through the doors, gracious enough to open for me. The glasses were at the counter - the price taped on the top of the container. They were about 10 bucks each; a bit expensive, if you ask me.

I casually approached the counter, picking off a pair of brown ones. I admired myself in the mirror for a moment when I put them on and smiled slightly. Slipping the glasses off, I fingered them in my hands, shifing my eyes to the girl at the counter. "These." I mumbled, tossing them over the counter.

The clerk seized the glasses quickly, eyeing me as she checked the price. I glanced at the tag clumsily pinned to her red vest - Polly. What an innocent little name. "$10.43." Polly mumbled, looking up. I threw my credit card over to her and she swiped it, handing me the glasses as she did so.

"Thank you, Polly." I smiled, resisting my urge to wink at her. That was most unlike me - I never really paid attention to girls. Polly smiled back at me and I strode back out the door, putting my new glasses on. I would have to come back to that store soon.

"Sorry Tristian," she muttered as she grabbed her bag. "You got the bike lock?"

"It's in the back seat of the car, but you're gonna be late. I'll drive you."

She sighed, "alright." Though she much rather would have rode her bike.

Sybyla

I smiled at him, my moods defiently improved from my fifty dollar tip.

He smiled back and I went about my work, he went back to his crossword puzzle.
I just lost the game.

Tristan:

Tristan grabbed the keys to his dad's old truck and his jacket and they walked outside. He put her bike in the bed so she could ride it home then got in starting the engine. "I want them back just as much as you do. But at least they went together, there was no way they could've lived without each other." He said running a hand through his hair, a habit he had gotten from who knows where.

Kyle:

Kyle finished the puzzle then watched the waitress as she worked waiting for Tristan to get there. She was pretty, beatiful, maybe. A girl could only be beautiful if she was sweet on the inside too. He smiled at his mom's old saying.

I should infinitely prefer a book.
