Ma'am, with respect you shouldn't get me to tell you what you need to do. But if it were my ship I would let them get close and fire all guns at them point blank. That's only if the ship were mine to command of course." Julios knew she had taken the hint so he readied the cannons one by one to fire a point blank volly.

"Thank you so much Julius!" Whithout thinking, I kissed him on the lips. "I needed advice." I smiled at him. then the color drained as I realized what I had done. "I...I'm sorry. I...I didn't mean to do that. I...I have to go give orders." I turned and rushed away, my heart reluctant to leave.
Julios looked around the room and sighed with relief. No one else was there. He looked at the restaining rope in his hands and began to tie it down. "I guess I should finish that after the battle. Who am I kidding she kissed me." He sighed again and finished the knot

"Cap'n!" Felicia ran over to her captain frantically, we're running low on ammunition for the cannons! If we're going to fire on them, we better make it good." She had a grin on her face as she held a long dagger in her hands. The Captain glanced down at it, then looked at Felicia curiously.
"Just in case we get to have a little extra fun....Oh, would you like me to put Lizzie in your quarters until we're, 'finished' here?"
I sighed and nodded. "I don't want her to see this. Oh, and, Felicia, only fight when necessary. rember that. It could save your life." I didn't mind fighting...it was the killing part I didn't like. "If we bored, I want all officers on their ship thrown into our brig. Understood?" I looked at her pointedly. "Which means, they need to be alive. do I make myself clear?!"
"Yes Cap'n, understood." She turned and headed off to the far end of the ship where Lizzie was now sitting, doing some odd-job.
"Morning, darlin! The Captain asks that ye stay in her own quarters for the afternoon, so let's go get ye cleaned up." She helped Lizzie up, who was shocked, and took her to the captain's quarters to clean up.
The cannons were tied and only half were loaded. Julios loaded his rifle and his three pistolas and grabbed a couple cutlasses from the wall. This battle could get ugle and if it did, it was going to get ugly fast. Julios fininshed with his own weapons and hurried onto the main deck to find Sydney. All he wanted to do was be next to her no matter what was about to happen.

I had told the whole crew my orders. I had made sure everyone understood. if even one person put a toenail out of place, there would be concequences. I did not like this. everyone was excited for blood. I growled. I hated it when my men got carried away. There was always another way. You didn't have to kill all the time. I sighed and went around to the back of the ship where no one was and looked out at the sea. I heard footsteps behind me. "Beatiful isn't, Julius?" I asked with a sigh.
"It truely is." Julios replied placeing his hand on Sydney's. He had no idea what he was doing, but before the battle she had to know how he felt. He just needed the right words. "Ma'am, do you need any weapons? I haveplenty to spare and I can always grab more."

I frowned as I was led off. Did they think I could not handle it? The sight couldn't be that gruesome. But after 4 years, I still was put away for every battle. Sydney's room was nice and all, but I preferred the action. I sighed, trying in vain to jerk away.

"Call me Sydney, Julios. I get tired of titles." I smiled at him. "I have plenty, thanks though. It..." I blushed. "It's sweet of you to worry about me." I flushed red and looked back at the ocean. what was wrong with me?! I sighed and ran my thumb over his hand, blushing. I was such a dork sometimes.
"Miss Sydney, If you would, stay behind me durning what ever happens. Give orders on the fly, but not from the point of frontlines. Live to command" Julios spoke like he may die. "I... I... I lo... Bye." Julios walked away with his head hanging down. He was risking insubornation.
The other ship was closing fast. It had turned to them and was approching on and intersect path with the Bloddy Revenge.

The straining to get away didn't seem to be working. The adult was much stronger. It didn't matter. I didn't want to be locked up this time. I tried the last thing I could think of. I bit the person't hand, and as soon as they released me I ran over to her. "Sydney!" I exclaimed.

I was completely pale. what had Julios been about to say? Then I saw Lizzie running towards me. "Lizzie! what are you doing?! Get into my cabin! I don't want you getting hurt?!" I looked at her worridly, tears threatening to spill out of my eyes.
