Money is God, you know. At least Paolini is familiar with that fact.

Take that back or I beat you over the head with a wooden mallet.

Why, exactly, would you want to do that?
There's always been a lot of tension between Lois and me, and it's not so much that I want to kill her, it's just, I want her to not be alive anymore.

Because money is not God. Jesus said so many times in the Bible.

But sorry about the wooden mallet thing. That must have hurt.

Heh, point taken. Well, money is god in the sense of Eragon/Eldest/Brisingr.

Sadly, I agreed to transcribe a scene from Eragon for my school Drama Club to act out. This ought to be... interesting.

Oh dear, it's going to a bloodbath - bleeding eyes and ears.

Oh, dear. They should let you do a funny version, making fun of the book and everything. Maybe you could use some of those scenes from the begining of this thread.

Ouch.

Well, it's just to check if the newbies can actually act or something like that. Maybe Eragon isn't the best choice after all. In order to act, you have to have something believable.

Hmm. There should be an Eragon mock-up. :) Wouldn't want to do it alone, though.

i would gladly help with that.

Sadly i used to be quite obbsessed with Eregon but then I read LOTR and started writing myself. My confidence is def NOT that good...but I could be so much better then this idiot.

I lol at his 'sneak peek' in the august 27 entry. Note that around the 0:40 mark he calls Brisingar 'awesome'. tut tut Paolini. And is it just me, or does that 'phamtasm' in the first few words seem completely unnecessary? and on a side note...

[sarcasm]OMG!!!! 15 DAEYZ UNTTIL BRISINGA RELEACE!!![/sarcasm]

sorry, but I just had to take that crack...

Oh my goodness. The telling! The telling! I'm seriously loling/tearing at my face here. Does this man know the meaning of the word "show"? "Nasuada was surprised." XD And then whoever goes on a long rant about what happened between Brizingr and Eldest. XDXDXD This is priceless!

I can see this guy in a nice pastel dress shirt, with some cowboy boots, a pocket protector, thick spectacles (not glasses, spectacles), and a Batman retainer walking down the hallway, arguing hotly about D&D with a friend and schlurring his schpeessh because of his masschive overbite.
Hey Daedalus, I'm Icarus. Do your thing, and for God's sake use something better than WAX this time.

You see a friend? Really?

...Cowboy boots? Dorks are ALLOWED to wear cowboy boots? They're too cool for him!
