The Faerie Court

Tristan:

He smiled as the two girls walked over to him. He bent down to Grace's level. "May I have this dance?" he asked her elegantly, bowing.

Grace~

I blushed lightly and began giggling. Mommy gave be a small push from behind and before I knew it I was spinning on the dance floor.

Lilith~

Lilith smiled at the sight as she sat down.

Tristan:

He smiled as she giggled. He twirled her around. Then stopped, holding her up to his ear. "Tell me, does your sissy like me?" He asked the little girl. He loved her already. He couldn't explain it. but she looked so much like her sister.

Grace~

I smiled at his question. "Mo-Sissy likes you alot," I bit my lip hoping he didn't catch my mistake.

Tristan:

He smiled. "Good. You know what?"

"What?" she asked, giggling.

"I'm going to ask her to marry me!"

Mimi-

She looked away. They hadn't noticed when she stopped following them. Jelousy. Now she was alone. Mimi walked to her room. At least she could sleep.

Owen-

I sighed and stared after her as she walked away. "What about tonight? Can we try again?"

"No. Because you'll just go off flirting with mercy knows how many other girls."

I held my hands up. "I promise I won't. I'll totally belong to you."

Aurora:

I glared. "Oh, really?" I sneared. "And how long is that going to last? Til you see another gorgeous girl to flirt with the next day?! No, Owen. Not this time." I turned, then threw over my shoulder, "I'm sure that the court will be happy. Don't worry. i'm sure you'll find another girl to flirt with in my absence." I walked off, rushing toward the library. I saw Kitty. "Hey cuttie. What are you up to?"

Owen-

I sighed. "I guess I'll be singing by myself tonight then," I called after her. "I off to collect a new song off the pixie colonies to the south in the morning. Maybe you'd like to come."

She didn't answer.

Faede-

Everybody was gathering, some music was already playing and some people were dancing.

I walked up to the throne and sat down. Eleven of my ladies-in-waiting followed. I frowned at Aurora's absence.

But there was still light in the evening. Who knew what could happen between now and morning?

*I realised that Tristan and Grace were dancing, so the night's revelries have officially begun. By the way, does anybody feel like a human hunt would be a good atmosphere to get all the characters into? Even the humans? Not to kill a character, obviously, but get everybody there and see their reactions, etc? Let me know what you think.*

**I think that would be a good idea. A random human that happened to stumble into the court.**

Aurora:

I knew I had to appear at the court. I finally appeared. The queen frowned at me. "Sorry, your highness." Was all the explanation I gave. I saw Owen flirting with another hand maiden. Whatever. I went down onto the floor and walked toward one of the knights. "Hello handsome." I fluttered my eyelashes and he asked me to dance, which I agreed to.

Let's see how Owen likes his own medicine. I thought.

*everybody else? Shall the court hunt tonight?*

Faede-

Aurora came late and made her apologies. I frowned. She was never late, ever.

She began to dance with one of my knights. I looked for Owen's reaction.

Owen-

Aurora came in, looking as spectacular as ever.

I had promised I would be hers for the night, even if she refused me. So when the blonde handmaiden, a lot chubbier than she appeared yesterday, came to try and share my cushion, I shook her away.

"Sorry Elena, you've been outbidden for my heart tonight."

She snorted something that sounded suspiciously like "Bloody musicians" before stumbling away.

The minstrel on the other side of the hall finished and the dancers stopped. Aurora and her knight were close by. He kissed her hand and took his leave.

"Having fun Aurora? I've been waiting for you," I said, making space beside me and willing her to sit.

She just smiled and went over to one of the courtiers lounging by the fruit table.

Mimi-

Things didn't make sense anymore. Grace was now the cute one. The new princess that everyone obeyed. Mimi had a backpack on filled with her things.

"I guess if no one wants me I'll leave. I'm sure mommy won't mind having a younger cuter daughter." Mimi whispered.

And with that she was out of the castle and out of thier lives.

Aurora:

I smiled at one of the courtiers and was about to dance with him when I noticed Kitty leaving. "Excuse me." I apologized to the courtier.

I rushed out of the castle and toward Kitty. "Hey, Mimi, where are you going?" I called after her.

Mimi-

Auroara." I'm leaving.

*I'm up for a hunt ...as long as it's on some random human**

Grace~

I smiled happily. "I'm sure she'd like that," I giggled. But that would be a problem...he'd be daddy to me, right? I thought as he started to spin me again.

Lilith~

Lilith smiled at the sight. So cute! Her mind sqealed. She pushed the thought away with a laugh.
