Hey everyone! Nate asked me to create a new thread for Autumn's Beginning/Breeze/Blaze, so I figured we could just use this one, since it already existed. So, we're going to be continuing the story from where we left off on this thread. Congrats on the 100 page mark everyone!

Ramere-

I woke up, feeling much better than I had earlier. The sun shone brightly and a faint breeze rustled the leaves in the trees nearby. Arabella sat nearby, leaning against a tree, her eyes closed.

I pushed myself up and looked around. The others were nearby, talking quietly. The mage was still unconscious at the edge of the clearing, but I guessed he wouldn't be for long.

Sensing movement, Arabella opened her eyes and smiled at me.

"How do you feel?"

"Better," I commented, smiling back. "How long have I slept?"

Cara----

Cara woke up curled next to Christian. She carefully slipped from his grasp and sat close to the edge of the camp not wanting to go to far away. She watched as the breeze moved leaves across the ground. She sighed, it was so pretty and peaceful. She looked behind her at the mage that was tied up and she shivered. She didn't want to remember ever having to run from him and his friends. She would have to, the troubles coming from his group wasn't over yet. They were still otu to gain control of the tower. They were still out to get her and her companions. But only this mage knew the others knew. She could still save them.

You are so stupid. Fire growled.

Hush She snapped back.

Christian

I woke up to find Cara sitting on the edge of the woods.

"Not planning on running away are you?"

She just looked at me for a moment.

I stood up and crossed over to her, "You are aren't you?" I dropped to meet her eye level, "why?"
I just lost the game.

Cara---

"People were hurt because of me." She said looking towards the woods. If I leave everything will be fine. The other mages don't know ya'll know." She said, a tear slipped down her cheek. "I don't want to leave you, but I don't want you to get hurt."

Christian

I reached out and grabbed her hand, "Cara, if you leave now, you'll be exposed." With a quick pull of my hand I brought her tight against me. "I won't let that happen to you. No matter what happens to me. You'll always be the most important thing in my life."

"Oh Christian don't say things like that."

"You want me to lie?"

"No. But-"

To end the arguement, I kissed her, and at the same time I bound myself to her, it was stupid, foolish and desperate. But that's how I felt right then.

In the winter months, snowstorms and rainfall in the Patagonian Ice Fields can drastically affect the landscape. Worsened by heavy winds, such storms can reduce visibility and lead to glacial calving, ice collapses, and avalanches. During these conditions, travel is not advised.
