Izlude and Meliodoul entered the city of Kon around high noon. Izlude was still a little worried about coming, but Meliodoul had not a care in the world. She started to walk off, but Izlude grabbed her, "We need supplies first."
"Fine."
They made their way to the market place where Meliodoul began gathering items while Izlude looked around. He saw a girl hiding behind a corner, she seemed worried. "Meliodoul?"
"Yes."
"We'll meet her in one hour, agreed?"
"Sure brother."
He nodded and walked up to the girl. She didn't notice him right away and when she did she squealed. "I didn't mean to scare you, but you seem troubled, can I help?" She turned her head. "My name is Izlude, what's yours."

Meliodoul made her way down the main street when she ran across two girls sitting against a wall. She walked over and knelt down, Is she okay?"
"Yeah," said one, "she just needs some rest is all."
Meliodoul pulled out a piece of jerky, "Will this help?"

I smiled at the girl, Tysa, once i had made sure that the man i had seen was no longer in view.
"So what brings you to Kon, my friend?" i asked, pulling the tin full of coins over to me using a toe. I sized up the money inside, grinned and emptied it into a pouch hanging from my belt. That was enough for at least a weeks lodging and food, if not more.
Nathan-
I walked through the streets, my eyes downcast so not to catch the glare of the sun that shone directly in front of me. Only when i accidentally ran into someone did i look up.
"Sorry," i mumbled, looking up to see a dark-haired, blue-eyed girl brushing herself off.
**There you go, Bella.**
Be the cartoon heart. Light a fire, light a spark. Light a fire, flame in my heart. We'll run wild, we'll be glowing in the dark.
I glanced at the girl, still nibbling absently at the Jerky, trying to sort out my thoughts.
"Oh, i live here." i said, gesturing around me. "Moved here about a year ago, after the draconians attacked my town, killing my brother..."
I could not stop my eyes from again roaming the crowds, even though i knew he wasn't there.
Nathan-
I stared back at the girl. "Are you alright?"
She nodded. Then, she said, "You're not from around here, are you?"
"No, I'm not. I'm a...scholar studying at...the Great Library in Jescor. My master asked me to travel here to collect something for him." i lied. I didn't want people knowing i was a mage unless i could help it. Less attention drawn to myself the better.

"And you Meliodoul? You look pretty on guard, with one hand on your hilt." I said, looking at the sheath hanging from her belt, and the fist curled loosely around it.
She let it go, as if realising it hadn't been there.
Zip was still searching the crowd, I left her to it. I remembered the first few markets I went to, where every face was Mother's or a friend's.
I shuffled away slightly. The memory brought the heat back flickering around me, suddenly it was burning against my skin, begging me to light a fire. I tried to shake it away.
"Stella. You were in my dream the other night. And everyone called you Princess." -Lauren2010
