I'm sort of basing a few things on the Dragonlance series, but the storyline will be more original.

The world of Agon has befallen a dark age. Long periods of war and torment have left the kingdoms in disarray. No force is strong enough to maintain order and chaos rules the land. Lords hide behind broken walls holding onto what little wealth the have left.

It is believed that there is an artifact that can bring the Agon back into light. It is known as the God Stone. Few know of it and even less believe it is real. Only those of the Magi (Magic users) know the truth. Many have fallen trying to find the stone as a source of power.

Every day is survival and a few unlikely companions (us) will be thrown down a path they do not understand.

Rules

1) No God-modding

2) No one but Magi can use magic and that is all they can use.

3) We are not looking for the stone yet. Once we get everyone together I will come up with a plan to make us look for it.

4) Only typical fantasy creatures. Elves, dwarfs, humans, vampires, Minotaur...etc, not gods or angels.

5) Up to two characters per person.

(My Character)

Name- Izlude (M)

Age- 23

Race- Human

Magic- none

Appearance- see picture-Dark brown hair, brown cloak with green and gold travel armor, gray eyes.

Personality- Stern, but kind. He looks after his sister which requires great discipline. He takes everything into account and is always open to ideas. He has a talent at being a good leader and making his allies feel strongly.

History- His sister and he were the children to a small king before their kingdom fell to the draconians (Dragon like men with wings). He has been taking care of her ever sense trying to rebuild his fathers kingdom.


Name- Meliodoul (F)

Age- 19

Race- Human

Magic- none

Appearance- See picture- Medium length brown hair, usually has her hood up. Her dress/cloak is a light green color with simple brown clothes underneath. The dress/cloak isn't very restricting. Her eyes are an icy blue.

Weapon(s)- The one in the picture.

Personality- Outgoing and careless. She has a knack for getting into trouble. She is always happy and is never seen frowning. She is strong willed and proves it with her large sword which she handles with ease.

History- Same as Izludes.

Name: Tysa

Age: 17

Race: human, peasant.

Magic: (if this is okay) has some control over fire that her mother taught her. Unfortunately, the talent comes at a price, burn too much and it will begint to burn you (character based kind of on Enna from Enna Burning). She has only ever used it to survive, for cooking and heating things, never burning anyone to death.

Weapon: She carries a bow and a knife, but her main defence is being able to heat up the weapons of others until they drop them.

Appearance: black, black hair that comes to mid-back. Medium height, slim build, naturally pale. Wears green and yellow a lot. Olive green eyes.

Personality: Tysa is mischievous usually, but in present circumstances, or any time of trouble, she's more serious. She's determined to avenge her family and neighbours, but is frightened of using her weapon to do so. Amongst good company, she can be the life and soul of a party. She refuses to treat people differently, to her a king might as well be a beggar and she'll only be nasty to someone who's done real wrong to her.

History: her mother was a great fire-speaker, and her brother had the skill as well. But when soldiers attacked their village, her mother burnt herself up, her brother died on a sword. Tysa survived from climbing a tree, hoping to gain the best vantage point for shooting arrows. She was the sole survivor, save those who were carried away in chains. She has seen a lot of trauma in her life, it still affects her and the dead haunt her dreams.

Age- 21

Race- Elf

Magic- mainly Nature-related and some Light

Appearance- Dark blonde hair, gray cloak with gray and teal leather, blue eyes.

Weapon(s)- a cherry recurve bow, a scimitar

Personality- Seems cold, but is compassionate. She looks after friends. She is a thinker. She has a bit of a temper, but it rarely shows.

History- She lost her family in the chaos, and she was tortured. She has remained almost cold and distant ever since.

Name: Nathan (M)

Age: 21

Race: Human, Apprentice Magi/Scholar

Magic: He has control over elemental, dark and illusionary magic.

Appearance: (See picture) Dirty blond hair and bright green eyes.

Personality: Nathan is calculating, mysterious, and charming. He will not rush into anything without first stepping back to consider alternatives and options. He can seem distant and uncaring at times, but most of the time he can be witty and *occasionally* goofy.

History: He can't remember anything from his past except the last year. Now he is studying to become a Magi after he was found, near death, by a traveling mage. (Zip is actually his sister, though he doesn't know it 'cause he doesn't remember.)

Weapons: Magic and a single dagger.

Name: Zipporah (Zip for short)

Age: 23

Race: Human, Wanderer

Magic: She is struggling with control over wild magic, which she was born with.

Appearance: (See picture) Dirty gray hair (almost black) with some dark red highlights. Her eyes are gray flecked with blue.

Personality: Zip is sweet, kind, charming, and considerate. She's been through a lot but if anything, it's made her more understanding and responsible. She won't hesitate to help someone in need and will lay down her life for her friends. She's tougher than she looks and can definitely take care of herself.

History: She grew up alone with her brother after her parents died when they were very young. She was born with magic, but never got proper teaching and thus very rarely uses it and does not consider it a proper weapon. When the draconians attacked, they killed her brother and nearly killed her, leaving her blind in one eye. Now she wanders, making a living by preforming on the streets. (She thinks her little brother, Nathan, was killed, but in fact he wasn't (See above character). She doesn't know he's still alive.)

Weapons: She has a few daggers hidden on her person and a short sword strapped on her waist. She doesn't trust her magic enough to consider it a weapon.

Age- 19

Race- Human/Elf (is that ok?)

Magic- Very little, only control over anythign that is nartural, like stones, earth, etc.)

Weapon(s)- Daggers, Bow and Arrows

Personality- Strong personlity. She isn't afraid to get down and dirty, and sometimes bites off more then she can chew. She can take any bantering that is pointed to her, but if one of her friends are being picked on, or anything of the sort she gets definsive. She is a jokster at times too. She can be very cheerful and happy go lucky.

History- She and her brother's best friend, travel together after both of their families died. Her brother was killed a few years back and Waren promised to take care of her. He has ever sense.

History- Uh...always stayed in the forests and by the water. Her mom and dad were killed and Blind Seer has always been there with her...

Other- A large gray wolf that follows her everywhere. The gray wolf's eyes never changed to yellow and are still blue so she calls him, Blind Seer.

occupation- thief/rogue

magic- lacks control, can do some ice/wind magic

appearance- long silver hair, slitted gold eyes, short, tanned skin. Has a pair of beautiful silver wings, cannot transform into her full dragon form (just the wings/eyes/claws)

personality- Competitive and reckless, prideful and arrogant, a hot temper but quick to cool off. Finds it difficult to trust but is extremely loyal to her friends. Lives by her own laws and no one elses. Has a very strange honor code. Thinks with her heart and not her head, but is a very cunning tactician and strategist. Loves to fly

history- Her father was from the dark dragon tribes and her mother from the light dragon tribes. Since Kaoli is half/half she is considered an outcast. Kaoli's mother was hunted by the darker dragons, and hid by taking human form, it was at that time that Kaoli was born. When she was 8 the hunters caught up with them and her mother was killed. Has been wandering around Agon ever since. Kaoli's magic was sealed untill recently so it is volatile and unstable, and she doesn't know how to control her dragon soul (i guess you could call it her darker nature).

personality: She is strong and self sapporting. She's a do it yourself person. Thorn is like a rose she can be kind and generous but also deadly.

history: Her father went crazy searching for the God Stone and he tried to sacrafice Thoern and her mother. But he did kill Thorn's mother but she got away. Now she lives alone in the wild and away from people. She's an excellent huntress, skilled at the bow and arrow and hidden blade. She's bad at hand to hand combat thought.
