Tallulah
"Thanks Yea."
The she-wolf nodded her head and turned away. Tallulah dug into the rabbit, distracted for a few minutes by the overwhelming scent of the food. The hunt had come back completely empty, serving only to weaken her warriors further. Her hunger almost satisfied, she brought the half-eaten rabbit to the solitary nurse, who inhaled the food almost without glancing at her leader. Tallulah glanced apprehensively at the bulge in her belly. If the pups came soon, the pack wouldn't be able to support them.
She sniffed the breeze, head lifted. The clearing was cold, and she could feel the piercing breeze even through her thick coat. It was getting progressively colder, and there hadn't been any prey. She thought again of the hunt. They hadn't even scented a single deer, elk, moose, or any other animal for that matter. Yet, she had only one option, and that was to take the strongest warriors on another hunt. They couldn't survive on rabbits and squirrels much longer.
Tobi walked up to her, ears twitching apprehensively. He seemed preoccupied, as though he hadn't even noticed her. Tallulah noticed with a start that his ribs were showing, and he walked with an uneven gait. Swaying, he looked up at his leader. Then, he coughed.
She heard on of the wolves cough and turned to the direction it was coming from. Tobi was having a coughing fit, just like the wolf at the gathering a few moons ago. Yea ran over to her leader and Tobi.
"Is he okay?!" She asked.

Fadalia
Fadalia shook, her head spun in confusion as she warned the pack away. Her growls tore from her teeth and the pack rippled away from her and watched in awe as she stepped up to Luin against his cries to stop.
"Luin! What happened" She asked her ears twitching.
"Fadalia" He gasped, "Stay back, the mouse... It bit me" He panted, "It carries my sickness, you mustn't hunt here." His eyes fluttered and his breathing slowed, "Go away, far away... Or it will-" He choked and fell to the ground limp.
"LUIN!" Fadalia screeched, "NO!" She rushed over to him and pressed her muzzle up against his, "You can't... go..." Lanis pulled her away from Luin warning her about how the sickness could still spread. Fadalia shook him off padding silently over to the giant rock.
She lifted her head in a long howl, "Pack meeting" She watched as the pack gathered under her, "Luin... Is... dead" she shook, "We have no choice but to destroy his body, if another animal eats from him or his sickness spreads we will be in great danger." She looked down, "We have to leave... For if we remain her we will end up dead."
"We must warn Blood Mountain!" Lanis yowled. "The Gathering is tonight, we must attend." He added.

"I will go alone" Fadalia snarled, "The rest of the pack must remain here and get rid of Luin, prepare the pack for my and Lanis's journey" She said, "We will set out tomorrow at sunset, when we return we will lead the pack to a safer place" She leaped off of the rock and disappeared into her den.
She stared in shock, she only managed to shout a few words.
"But Fadalia! You can't go alone..its too dangerous. You should take at least 1 warrior with you" She said

He walked into Luin's old den. There was the strong and fresh smell of sickness. Lanis walked to the side where the herbs were, the smell wasn't there. He grabbed travel herbs before walking outside and dropping some next to Fadalia, and eating his own.

Fadalia thanked Lanis and gulped down the stale herbs, "We will set out tomorrow at sun rise, get a good sleep" She smiled and licked his head, "Thanks" She trotted off and curled up inside her den.
He nodded and trotted to his den. He laid down on his moss pile and dozed off. He dreamed of the white wolf. She told him that their decisions are correct....and two things, will become one, until a new land is found. He awoke very hungry. He approached the pile of prey, but then remembered the sickness. He trotted to Fadalia's den to tell her what his dream was.

There was something stuck in his throat, and he was detatched from his normal self... He had wanted to tell Tallulah something, but he couldn't remember what... he faded deeped into unconsciousness, faintly aware of his writhing body.
"Yea, hold him down! He may hurt himself."
Tallulah rushed forwards to help Yea, mind realing. The sickness couldn't be here.. she had made a special point of avoiding all of the wolves from the other pack, knowing instinctively that the disease could spread. But it had made it to their camp, and she did not like the way Tobi's limbs were thrashing.
She ran over to Tobi and struggled to keep him from moving too much.
"I need help!" She shouted. Tallulah came and Destiny also.

Grace stumbbled out of her den, paws aching from the night before. A few apprentices surrounded the prey pile from the other day. Grace smiled at their curiousity but remembered everything at once. "Get away from there!" She snarled, running at the group. They scattered like chickens all running different ways. Grace stalked back to her den, a close eye on all the wolves.
Destiny~
Destiny ran to Yea's aide, holding Tobi down. Even with the three wolves it was still a struggle to hold him down.
Tallulah grabbed Tobi's scruff, holding his head down. He was already far from consciousness, but his body still struggled, and he was racked with horrible coughs. Tallulah breathed in the smell of the sickness and sneezed, trying to get it out of her nose while still holding onto Tobi's scruff.
His pedalling legs slowly ceased movement, and as he relaxed Tallulah released her grip and stepped away.
"The sickness should not have spread so quickly."
Yea nodded, eyes fearful.
"What will we do if more of us get sick?"
Tallulah just shook her head and moved away, walking to her den. The other wolves rushed to move Yea to the medicine den, trying not to come to close at the same time.
