Nutty gripped her spork tightly, scanning her surroundings. Spammians wandered past the group, ignoring them completely, Ravara whined, sticking to her heels.
Shifting her attention to the soldier leading them, Nutty cleared her throat. "Who are you? Where are you taking us?"
The spammian didn't reply, but kept walking.
"I hope you know what we're doing, Adam."
It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.
Bella realized that, although she had a dagger in each hand, her most prized weapon was still down her shirt. She put her daggers into the wrist sheaths (one on each wrist) and went to pull her diamond sword out of her shirt.
"What're you doing?" Matt asked, looking at her like she was crazy. She was used to this look and chuckled.
"Getting my weapon," she answered, pulling the sword out and resizing it.
"Some crazy type of magyk," Bella replied. "Notice that magyk and magic are two totally different things. Magyk is darker than magic." Everyone nodded.
"Well, aren't you smart," Elisandro commented, laughing a rather cruel laugh.
"Yes I am," Bella replied concietedly.
"Bella, be careful," Adam warned, putting a hand on her shoulder. "He's pretty strong."
"Yeah, and I'm stronger."
"You're a fool," Elisandro snapped. "If you think you can defeat me."
"Oh, I don't think anything, I KNOW I can defeat you." Bella stepped foreward challengingly.
"I'm really sure I can beat him!" Bella argued as they pulled her back. "You've never seen my full power, how would you know?"
"Bella, you're my best friend, what haven't I seen?" Alice argued. Chris stepped forward.
"You haven't seen her full power. I've seen it once, and it was used on me...it did everything but kill me. Trust me, she can take him." Bella stared at Chris. She had done everything to push that memory from her brain. He had brought it back.
"Just let me try, Adam, please. Give me any info you might have, but let me try."
"I haven't seen him in....A long time," Adam couln't bear to tell them how long it had been. They probably wouldn't believe him anyway. "He is fair stronger than the last time I saw him."
"Bendaria!" A black rope appeared around Bella, causeing her to fall over, Chris caught her.
"It's burning!" she cried. Adam waved his hand, a flash of light and the roped were gone.
"I see you have grown in power as well," said Eilsandro, "Of course, I dont have time to deal with you."
"Transfer complete," chimed the Station's computer.
"That's my call," Elisandro grabbed a small box from off of the panal behind him. With a few words he vanished in a swirl of black mist.
One of the scientists jumped up and ran to the panel, "He's wiped the database!"
"Maybe Senpai ate Yuka-tan's last bon-bon?" ----Stupei, Ace Defective
"That's not a good thing, is it Adam?" Bella asked, pulling away from Chris so she could follow Adam to the panal.
"No, not at all. All the data from the computer is gone; there's ntohing there."
"Not even solitare?" Rick asked, obviously trying to make a joke.
"No, nothing."
"The Spammians are gone!" Nutty announced from the doorway.
"So everything's just how it should've been when we arrived, minus the computer data and all. Well, what do we do?" Bella asked, looking around worriedly, and rubbing her arms, which were red from teh burning rope things.
"I say," Alice announced, "that we rest up for tonight, pack up on the gear and go get that information back!" She looked around, hoping for some support in the idea. But none came. There was a very long pause.
"Any other ideas?" She said hopefully, she hated it when long pauses were her fault.
"Actually, I like the idea of getting the information back," Bella agreed after a very long pause. "But we need to be more prepared. Adam, can I talk to you for a moment?" Bella pulled Adam away from the rest of the group.
"What is it?" he asked.
"I know this is hard for you, I can see it in your eyes, but I need to know what happened between you and your brother. I need to know everything about him. We can't fight him unless we know him." Adam took a deep breath, and sighed loudly. Bella gave him a pleading look, and he knew she was right.
Nutty nodded to the rest of the group, and moved over to a nearby cupboard and rummaged around in it.
"Get the information back. Sounds good."
Pulling out biscuits, she set them on the bench. "I mean, how hard can it be? You know, those spammians are a bit stupid. We could outsmart them any- DEAR GOD NO!"
"What?!" Alice stiffened and span towards nutty, the others gaping at her.
"The coffee machine! It's broken!"
Matt moved over to stare at the automatic coffee dispenser. "I wonder if I can fix this...."
Matt tilted his head, squinted, then carefully and with calculation he smacked it.
Nothing happened.
"We need that information!" Nutty stared into her empty coffee cup sadly. "Or I may be forced to drink instant."
