Nutty was fuming. "For goodness sake, you two! YOU followed US which bumps us from being a couple of renegades to a full scale mutiny!" Nutty shook her head empathetically. "And that sword can't keep you going all the way to earth! Do you have any experience in teleportation?!" Nutty looked at their blank expressions. "I'll take that as a no."
She turned to Matt, standing and gaping at the outburst.
"Do you know what this mean, Matt? We are going to look like the ringleaders in undermanning our captian's authority! We might get kicked out of CRA as traitors!"
Matt nodded slowly. "So this is bad....right?"
Nutty turned back to Alice. "You two should go. Now. Before you get us all in more trouble then we can get ourselves out of."
Plus, the druid never gets any of the fun. Heal this, heal that, be our secondary means of transport.... Oh man Adams going to have our guts for garters for this...
Nutty sighed and turned back to what she was doing.
It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.

The systems were starting to restore themselves. One by one the computer was able to take control of the stations primary functions.

"I've managed to get everything back except the data," Adam explained to the lead scientist, "You should still be able to study the technology ok. just be careful."

"But surely we can do something to help," Heather protested.

"Yeah and four people isn't enough for a mutiny," Alice agreed.

"Fine," Matt agreed. "Go back to the ship and keep Adam distracted." Nutty looked about to shout again but then she deflated like a popped balloon and looked at Matt in surprise.

"That's your second good suggestion today," Nutty gasped.

"I suppose we could do that. I mean I don't want Adam to kill us," Heather mused.

"But I want excitement!" Alice protested.

"Hey. Why don't you two take Alice with you and I'll go keep an eye on Adam. Afterall, one person can manage that as easily as two."

*Alice, can you hear me?* Bella was sitting in her room trying to get a hold of her freind.

*Yeah...but you're pretty faint.*

*What the hell are you doing? You weren't supposed to leave!*

*You're just mad cause you couldn't go, aren't you?*

*Yeah, pretty much. Are you guys ok?*

*Yeah, we're fine.*

*Chris and I are coming.* Bella grabbed Chris's hands and they began teleporting.

"Chris and Bella are coming," Alice stated before Heather had time to teleport out.

"Oh?" Heather asked. "That makes six. More than half the crew. I suppose this is now officially a mutiny."

"Oh no! See what you've done?" Nutty exclaimed worriedly.

"Which means I should stay because even if I go back, it will make little difference," Heather continued happily.

"Adam is going to kill us, right?" Matt asked.

"Yup," Alice replied, "But at least we're doing it for the right reasons."

"And," Alice added, "we're not commiting mutiny, its just a mass insobordination." She grinned madly (as in insanely), "we don't have to be totally guilty for this. We're not betraying Adam, just...breaking his rules."

Matt, Nutty, and Heather sighed in relief and jumpped as Bella, Chris, and Scipio appeared.

"Hi bella, Chris...Scip? What are you doing here?"

"He jumpped the teleportation!"

Alice groaned, "that just leaves Rick alone with Adam, he's so going to figure us out."

Nutty shook her head. A simple plan, a simple mission, had just got a WHOLE lot more complicated.
"Who's going to get the information back? Face it, that's more important then what me and Matt were doing. Since we thought YOU guys could handle the information, Matt and I thought we would do a side mission... not drag everyone from the primary objective and mutineer against our captain, who, face it, isn't a BAD captain!"
Nutty threw her hands up in helplessness, then turned to Matt.
"Maybe WE should go back and help the captian. No-one else is listening to sense."

"But that would be boring..." Matt protested in a sulky voice.

"If you stopped complaining we could leave now and be done in less than an hour. I mean, with all of us to help, it should be simple," Heather pointed out.

"Yeah. Let's go get this weapon," Bella agreed.

"Fine," Nutty mumbled. "But when Adam asks, I'll tell him that you and Alice were in charge."

"No chance! I'm not taking the blame for this," Bella declared. "Why not Matt and Alice seenas he's so reluctant to return?"

"I don't think Adam would believe it if you said Matt and me were in charge," Alice objected.

"Would he believe if I said that Heather and me were in charge?" Scipio asked. "Because if that will stop these pointless discussions..." He shrugged and Heather nodded her agreement.

"How about this," Alice said in a desperate attempt to calm everyone down, "Nutty and Matt left, me and Heather followed, Bella felt left out so her and Chris came and Scipio jumpped the transportation?"

"The truth..." Scipio mused, "works for me."

Alice looked at everyone else, "saves us a lot of trouble in the long run!"

"But..."

"This way it just looks like what it is!" Alice waved her hand around trying to get them to understand the concept. "And if you don't have a weapon you're going back! Show your weapons!"
I just lost the game.

Heather and Alice both held up their magic swords and then Scipio produced not only the metalic baseball bat but also a rather large, very sharp battle axe. Matt had his spatulas and Bella had her diamond sword. Chris also held up some sort of weapon and Nutty seemed to be satisfied so they staged the next teleport and took another step closer to Earth.

"Everyone still here?" Nutty asked.

"Yeah. I think the sword will last a few more jumps yet," Heather replied amidst nods and a chorus of 'yes.'

I'm not used to teleporting so many people at once...thank goodness for this sword-thingy.
Nutty glanced around at the random grassy terrain and got ready to jump again.
"Um...Nutty?"
"Yes Matt?"
"What if we jump to a planet with like.... acidic air or something?"
Nutty shook her head.
"I'm only jumping to fairly safe planets. We could do it faster if I took a more direct route, but I don't want to end up suffocating on a planet with a poisonous atmosphere."
"....Fair enough."
Nutty turned around, checked everyone had all their body parts, and started preparing another jump.
Switching to her flight attendant voice, Nutty called back. "Please keep all limbs within the designated area. All limbs outside the designated area will be lost. Thank you."
They all disappeared.

Nutty and those she was teleporting disapeared a fraction of a second before Alice and Heather but Heather was getting better at latching onto Nutty's co-ordinates so they were soon altogether again.

"All here?" Nutty repeated, checking the group. "Okay, this next jump is a short one but then we have to go straight into a long jump because this planet's atmosphere can only sustain us for a short period. Ready?"

"What happened to taking the safe routes?" Matt asked.

"This one is safe," Nutty objected, "And it's the only planet in range so we have no choice."

Adam was trying to sleep in his quarters when he heard it, the soft thumps of feet on the cream coloured carpet.

With a quick motion Adam shined a light from his hand on a shadoy figure over his bed.

"Hello, Adam," its voice craclked like fire, "Time for a little trip," A thin, ill looking hand gripped Adam's wrist. He cried out as pain seared across his body.

With a sudden blink they were in a small dark cave. Adam got free and readied for a fight, "I dont know who the hell you are but I assure you picked the wrong person to mess with."

"Silly, Captain," it snapped its fingers, ropes sprang forth, binding him. With a flick Adam was against a wall. "I'll enjoy this." It lifted back a hood, revealing a grotesque form of a person. Flesh seemed to be melting away like a runny pool of lava.

It arched its neck back, and with a powerful force it sank its jaws deep into Adam's neck.

"AHHH!!!!!" He screamed out as the creature nawed on him, "Son of aHHH!!!"

It released and backed away, a loud cracking echoed across the stone walls, Adam was barely concious long enough to see the creature transform into an exact copy of himself.

The group of - what, five? - continued making their way across the galaxy towards the humble Earth.

"We're one planet away from Earth," Nutty announced as they appeared in the middle of a marketplace, much to the befuddlement of shoppers.

"Wait up," Mattster ordered as he pulled out the Master Spatula. "Atlantis is underwater, and I'd expect that after Jay's attack the water barrier will have broken and flooded the city."

He waited.

"Well, looks like we're stuck," Alice realised. "Better go back."

"Yeah, we should," Mattster agreed, before realising. "No, wait! You were meant to ask how we were supposed to get in there! Anyway, I have the answer!"

Mattster brandishes the Spatula with a flourish and waves it over everyone's heads.

"That, my friends, is Eternal Air. It's a bit of a misnomer - hahaha - because it'll only last us about three hours, but we'll be able to breathe as long as our respiratory system is active and in good repair."

Nutty stared at Matt. "You're saying smart things."

"Oh!" Mattster exclaimed. "I'm sorry. Umm... we have three hours to breathe underwater, but if your lungs are ripped out or something then it doesn't work."

"Gee," Bella exclaimed, a sweat drop running past her ear, "thanks, Matt."

"And that's the only way?" Nutty asked. Mattster nodded. "Okay then let's do it. Next stop, planet Earth."

"Yay," Alice cheered, much less enthusiastic than before.

"Time for a real adventure," Scipio agreed with a grin before they all disintegrated and reformed on planet Earth in what appeared to be the middle of the ocean. For a terrifying few seconds, the group flailed in the water and tried not to breathe but then an air bubble extended from Matt's spatular and they took huge, greedy breaths.

"Wow," Heather gasped. "Just look at this place."

"You was right Matt," Bella realised. "Atlantis has been flooded."
