Yeah, I'd say go with the one that you have plotted out the best! And which ever will drive you less insane by the end of the month. (In any case, you will loose some sanity. ^_~ It's NaNo, expect it!)

Aw, Clau, you just had to go and make me feel guiltier. >.<

Twenty-three?! Egads! How do you keep that many storylines in your head. I can't seem to manage more than three or four!
Anywho... How about a combination of a couple? Throw random characters from all of them into a room and see what they do. Maybe play eenie minie mo to see which will be your main character.

Hey, thanks for your advice, guys! I actually have managed to combine four or five of them, but around that time I found another two novels.... yeah.
I've decided I'm gonna try to do NaNoWriMo in October, too, and then again in November. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!! I'm already behind by a week, but no matter! It may not work very well this month, but I am definitely doing it in November! And I finally have the storylines picked out. (I closed my eyes and stabbed a random title with my pencil) The rest I'll save for later.
If I do NaNo every month, I'll be done in two years, give or take a month.
Trident: Be thankful that you are allowed to have orderly, well-mannered ideas! You're so lucky!

Film noir... I already love it. I'll be very interested in that. That actually sounds cool, although I'm not a fan of scifi writing. But film noir is amazing.
