First, there is the addition of the Pearl Demon
They have four arms, and are pretty common. (If you really want to change to that, you can, but.... well revision 
)Second, the source of all demon's magic is called the Tenebris now, so thats a thing. I don't know if that will be important, but it can come up in reference to enrich the world and such.
Third and final, demons hearts are their types. So a ruby has a large, magical ruby looking crystal instead of a beating heart. This gives them life and a connection to the Tenebris.
