Ahhh I love that last post, @Carina and @Valkyria! Pheonix's hesitation was great, as well as Mari's shock over Pheonix not wanting to be a hero. Jane continuing to stomp on Mari's foot was totally in character, too.

And I love how it ended with a group hug. <3 <3

Not pictured in the post: Nathan awkwardly standing off to the side because he's close with Jane but terrible with strangers.

It was good, yeah! Gotta say, though, Filisha doesn’t really... giggle? Unless it’s an awkward giggle? And I guess for future reference she stutters sometimes, especially in the face of praise. But, uh... yeah? It was a good post, I think!

That's a good question! Who wants to go next? I think anyone is pretty much fair game at this point, so it really comes down to who has the time and inspiration. c:

hmmm what would we like to happen next? maybe we can timeskip to adventures of their powers? i'm honestly thinking that it'd be easier if we split the posts up so that not everyone is in their adventuring post, i.e. maybe mari is spending a lot of time with one character in a scene, and although everyone else is mentioned, the post is mostly just the two of them helping each other learn their powers. ya know, for character development! and then we can go into more plot stuff.

Eh... A montage might be okay. Maybe @SirenCymbaline could go next, or @HarryHardy? They could do something like that? Or we could all collaborate on a pad for a montage of what happens next...

A montage might be fun! Collaborating would be fun, too, but I'm a little worried that a post might take awhile if we're all collaborating on the montage. I really loved watching how quickly storybooks got out posts during LSS, and I'd love to try writing up posts for this like that! It definitely wouldn't be as fast, but I'm cool with shorter posts and/or writing a character and checking their writing later.

(But feel free to collaborate on posts, too!)

Okay...so reading all of that...how about if we do this?

The next bit is a giant montage where they go from just learning of their powers to being good at using them, but it's not like they all have to be together so why don't we all brainstorm onto the pad for said giant montage depending on what sort of scene we want each of our characters to have.

Then we can combine there scenes so there's a bunch of scenes for likes groups of two or three characters then we pick an order and just, write it scene by scene in short posts...those who want can collab, others can just have solo missions??

I have no idea why I didn't reply to this sooner, but having that montage in the way that @HarryHardy described sounds like a great idea! Planning in the pad gives us a good way to reference what the other characters are doing in each of our posts, while also giving us a chance to stick to posting by ourselves or doing it in pairs.
