You can pick a custom title once you're a novelist, which is 250 posts.

You get stars for reviews. I can't remember exactly how many reviews equal a star, but you can find it somewhere on the site.

Yes! What you do is go to the "Friends" link, which should be off to the side of your blog, and then you can add friends to the list and see their blogs. Also, if you set your blogs to friends only, like mine is set, only the people you add will be able to see those particular entries (though your entry won't show up in the "Blog News" page).
