@Shadeflame has a point. I am just a humble businessman, but I have my connections, and @harryhardy has to have some type of undead servants to assist and some type of takeover.

You have a fair point. My point still stands, but I would like to avoid violence whenever possible. I propose a partnership, you know what, I could even be considered your employee if you are willing to work with me to remodel and give me a percentage of funds.
