I shall edit in my full reply, @Tortwag, but first, could we chat over IM, if that's possible?

Winter is inevitable. Spring will return eventually, and AstralHunter with it.

I have some material for the prequel SB completed, should anyone wish to preview it. Of course, to avoid spoilers for those that may not wish to see it, I won't post it here. Just send me a note requesting one of the items listed below. I WON'T however provide anything pertaining to the plot. That stuff is level RO-8USTO classified.
.Acolyte enemy types
.Locations
.Arcean Captains
That's all the stuff I'm currently ready to give out. I have a neat little system devised for the captains. A little bit after the beginning, the humons participating in the prequel SB will be given a choice of a Captain to join. Of course, to avoid overcrowding, five participants won't be able to go with one while one person goes with another. I'm still working on the finer details, but the point is, each participant will get to choose their own captain. This list isn't final, as I have a ton of possibles, but the list I send to those who wish to see it will contain some of the more memorable ones I've created. Ask for one thing or all of it or a few, and I'll give that which is asked for.

@AstralHunter I can't believe you just used THAT word in THAT context without using the actual number entry of the pokemon first, like so: Spoiler
Such a missed opportunity D:

That's a tragic way to introduce a punchline... o_O Err, I don't think the context really fits.
Oh, and sorry that I haven't replied to your PMs yet. I have read them and started with my reply, but then I remembered that the SB Newsletter is going out on Thursday and I haven't created July's OS yet, so I've been busy with that for most of the day. I shall send my reply as soon as I can, though.

@AstralHunter I know love that comic for it. ...Hmm, yeah, maybe not. I'll be sure to make Twinkiel use it though, I mean we ARE in a PMD SB.
Oh, but that's fine, I can wait. You don't exactly have an absolutely free life or anything, so please, do finish your activities first. I enjoy writin' these kinds of analysis anyway, as you've most certainly noticed yesterday night, lol.

@Robusto That Sceptile is obviously the Grovyle from Mystery Dungeon. I don't even need your confirmation/denial, it's obvious that you took him in this, and I'm really happy you did. Thanks. I love this character. Also, Pendragoon, and a squad of Arthurian-inspired idiots, with Pendragoon just as stupidly lucky as the real one, lol, that one made my day.
Putting that aside... That... That prequel, man... This is a mix between PMD and Pokemon Conquest. It's... It's another level, dear god, one of these days, create your own freakin' story, and if you did that already, KEEP ON GOING, oh my god, this is awesome, and I'm pretty sure it's half as amazing as it sounds than how it actually is.
Just... Oh my god. We need to make this freakin' prequel. This is going to be so much fun. I really want to join Allison's squad, by the way, assuming that we can already choose.
