Also, I have decided that Katrina's rival will be another feline pokemon. (Too bad there aren't any electric cats, because I think Cathode would be an excellent name.) As for the name, I'm thinking Caitlin or Catherine, or Leonard if it's a guy.

Well actually you can get pretty close to an electric cat if you include Jolteon, @Buggiedude2340.

I dig Caitlin, and a gracious yet vicious Jolteon Lady seem pretty cool, too. It would start as some kind of rivalry with het as an Eevee, and she'd decide to go one step further by evolving, thus becoming an actual threat!
