Sometimes she cries
because she feels that she has let herself down
By doing absolutely nothing
And wishing she had done absolutely everything.
Her head spins
when her efforts came short
of expectations
In the face of reality
And she is still wondering how it came to be;
How she has tried so hard
Grasped every rope,

Hi, Buzz here to review!
The links problem has already been highlighted so I'm not going to repeat that although I'm not sure if the links where meant to show emphasis, if so, you could write them in italic form.
It's a nice poem, its simple and is a relevant topic so well done on that.
However I have a few issues with the grammar in this. There are random capital letters which are confusing because you can't really tell if you're starting a new sentence or continuing on with the same sentence so it interrupts the flow of it. Perhaps try splitting up your poem into two stanzas.
"Sometimes she cries
because she feels that she has let herself down"
After cries should be a comma. The second line feels a bit too wordy for the start, so you could cut off a few words.
"By doing absolutely nothing
And wishing she had done absolutely everything."
Capitals here cause a bit of confusion. I'd have liked you to elaborate on what she had wished of accomplish, to create the emotion it could potential have because at the moment it's quite vague.
"Her head spins
when her efforts came short"
Here, there are two different tenses. "Spins" present, "Came" past so either put it all in past or present since the line's a bit awkward with both.
"And she is still wondering how it came to be;"
The semi-colon was not needed, but break up the lines.
"Grasped every rope,
only to remain with the shortest straw."
This was my favorite part, it had the most emotion and connection, it showed how much she tried only to not succeed.
Overall an interesting concept with potential. Hope i was of help to you.

Hi Buzz! Thank you for your review! The links were not intentional, and I had originally separated the poem into stanzas! Unfortunately, I think there is a virus on my computer, thus affecting the format of this poem. I will go back and edit once I have the chance. Thank you for your feedback!
Hi there! I'm here today to review this lovely piece of work.
As @KnightTeen said, some of the words are showing up in blue links, so just try to find a way to fix that.
I find it a little strange how sometimes the lines start in capitals, and sometimes they don't. Like I understand that its not meant to be, like;
"Sometimes she cries
because she feels that she has let herself down"
And the because is the lower-case ^^
But yet for example, in this line;
"Her head spins
when her efforts came short
of expectations
In the face of reality"
Random capital starting? Or is it supposed to be a new sentence?
Anyway, this poem is very relatable to me and I bet to a lot other people. Everybody feels this way atleast once in their lifetime.
So overall, this is a great little poem! Keep working, I can't wait to read and review more!

This is really good.
There are a few things that I would like to mention, however.
Some of your words are showing up on my page as links. If you can fix that, I would recommend that you do. It looks a little awkward with black and blue words. But, if it's just my computer being weird, then I apologize.
I think that you could use a little more punctuation and that you should split this into stanzas, but other than that you did wonderfully.
A lot of people feel this way sometimes, and that makes you poem easily relatable. Relatable poems are some of the best ones, because the majority of their readers don't have to ask for an explanation as to why the author wrote the piece the way that they did.
All-in-all, I thought that this was written very well. Like all things, it could use a bit more polishing, but it shines.
