Her.

In The Real Me: ...at least I hope so

Boxed in fury

trying not to cry

let it burn inside

mold a hole in your heart

pushing others out

darkness ensues

internal battle

I'm going to lose

then she came.

Fury subsided

cry freely now

fireplace burning

love brewing in my heart

letting others in

sun shines through

external affection

then I said

I love you.

Extreme fury

sobbing all day

burning memories

heart in many pieces

others can't help

clouds cover sky

external battle

because she said

I DON'T love you.

Fury contained

no more crying

burning candles

heart held together

others locked out

sky dark again

internal passion

I truly believe

she's gone now.

Fury build up

crying isn't heard

burning passion

heart beating fast

questioning others

sun peaks through

internal conquest

was it me

that made her leave.

Boxed in fury

trying not to cry

let it burn inside

mold a hole in your heart

pushing others out

darkness ensues

internal battle

I'm going to lose

because she came.

Whoa!! What an emotional poem have you written! It's mind blowing! You seriously have got a a talent of writing. The flow is excellent. And the way you used one word differently in lines forces a reader to say WOW! I am really impressed by this poem. But try to concentrate on capitalization. Overall the poem is really good than it's topic :) Keep writing. You have done a really great job. Well done pal :)

Mahvash.

Hey Mahvash! Thanks for the compliments and I'm glad that you enjoyed it! :)

I love the emotion it invokes I almost cried it was so good you should think about writing songs as well. I think its amazing the way you made it like a story of an entire relationship from begining to end. everything was perfect I absolutly loved it.

Thanks blueRaven2239! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I liked how you brought the poem full circle by repeating the first and last stanza. I think the diction and syntax were good, as well as the theme. It kind of made me think of how relationships cause harm as well as good. (Something I am all too familiar with.) I LOVE how you used free verse instead of rhyme, because honestly, it wouldn't have worked. I don't really have anything bad to say about this piece.

Thanks!

Overall, this will be a very short review to be honest because I do not think I felt anything bad or anything atleast I could complain about around this work. The style of writing is good and the deep feelings put in it,also.I would just say that when I was reading this out loud it sometimes felt kind of off I hope this is not offensive. It is not that important because the main idea is understandable anyways.I like the way you had made all the places where 'she' is in ..in bold.It makes it more catchy to the eye.
The tittle is good choice also.
I can not say anything more about this work than this.
Good job and keep on writing, and thank you very much for sharing this with us.It was great, emotional and deep.

Thanks raindrop34 for the review! :)

Heya g1ldv!!

This is Eros here to write a short review for your your beautiful piece of poetry!!

This was an emotional one, and the feelings are expressed very beautifully. I loved it. The title is very apt, because this poem revolves around "Her". The choice of words is very good. I liked the way you have used words to make this poem an emtional one. I appreciate your style of writing. The presentation was good, and I loved this piece. The main idea is sweet, and the theme is unique. This was purely a piece with deep feelings, soo deep that I drowned in it while reading!

Great work!!
Never cease writing...
Keep writing...
Because we all love to keep reading them...
Have a nice day/ night!
:D

Thanks Eros! I appreciate this a lot!

This looks like a really bad episode of Green Acres.
