Empty smiles.
It’s all I can give.
I hide myself in a coat of friends.
Empty smiles and meaningless gestures.
I waddle around making amends.

nice. This has potential to develop further into something greater. You could go on to saying what causes you to have empty smiles elaborate a little to for dramatic monologue or something. But still nice liking it. keep up the work.

ok. This is a poem of five lines...a quintet...nicely done. It simple and very meaningful. A lot has been said in those five lines. It could be the signature statement for a picture or advert. Kudos!

Short, sweet, and to the point. Well done! I liked how you compared friends to a coat becausr a good friend would guard you from bad things. Similar to the weather... but anywho I liked that point. I also liked the rhyme scheme, that was fun too. All in all, good work!

I like it! It's so short...yet so powerful. Nice rhyming, too. :D
