I love you.
I have never met you,
But I love you.
You see, I do know you.
Though they will say I don’t.
I picture you.
Often.
Blonde hair.
Blue eyes.
But chances are,
You don’t look like that.
I don’t care.
I still love you.
In my eyes,
You are perfect.
I pray for you.
For a long time,
I did
And I will continue to.
I hope to meet you,
Because I helped save you.
But if I don’t,
No matter.
I still love you.

I agree with Toto25, it is a very thought provoking poem. It reminds me of a mother thats given up her child...not sure why. Other guesses would be a soulmate or something...haha
This is a very thought provoking poem. It makes one wonder what the back story behind it is. It is very pretty.
