Well, it is a bit short, but one of the worst moments to say "it's bad and horrible" is now.
I can see you took time to think about it to summarise it in a few words to be comprehensible. But maybe you could put a few more words to show the reader what the true meaning is. I understand that many poems have secret meanings, without being to obvious or too hidden. Perhaps you could give us a clue about whatever the *CENSORED* you are talking about. Maybe consider any of these changes?

Put a spring in your step
a fire in your heart
a tear in your cheek
from the eyes that felt hard.

Whatever moves you
motivate or discourage,
Go get it with all your might
Till you are finally encouraged.

Hey
I really liked this poem and I thought it was really good short poem to motivate someone. I don't have much to say except that the last line, "go get it." sounds a little weird and I feel the flow of the poem suddenly hits a stop sign (if that makes any sense).
Other than that I love this poem. It definitely deserves a like!

Never stop writing~
