The curtains are closed halfway
The light shining inside illuminating the room
Naturally
The sun will eventually go down
And the light will have to be turned on
Manually
There are two light bulbs
Only one of them works
Flickering
One light bulb shining onto another
But that does not mean the other light bulb is shining
The dead light bulb cannot shine
The sun's light keeps the earth from turning cold
Keeps the constant movement going
Nothing ever stops buzzing
It is a train
That will eventually go off its rails
And kill everyone on it
The light in the room
Can cause headaches
At least
It does not keep the whole world going
Only me

A great piece of writing.

You have well described and compared the bulb and the sun. The way two bulbs were there but only one could glow. This never meant that there is no light. A single bulb could too make light and the sun's light is too aptly described how it gets going and the line It is a train and will eventually go of its rail and kill everyone on it - Awsome phrase.
Good work.
Keep writing.
Yams,
This is a great piece of work you got here! I am relating to this in my own way, which I do not wish to share, but I am glad someone has put something like this out there! Pieces like these inspire me to write the poetry that I do, (even though I only have one on this site: Light After Darkness) But enough about me!!! I love your style of writing. Again, it is very relatable and it flows quite easily and I seem to pause at the exact moments and don't get puzzled on when to pause. Thank you for an awesome poem!!!!
Write On!!!!!
With Love,
