Man

They ask why I am a cynic

But everytime I try to love

Humanity

Man and woman commits atrocities

Take what was never theirs

Like tonight

RIP

This is honestly how I feel all the time, people suck.
I feel like this was more of an opinion rather than a poem purl because oit didn't have any kind of feeling to it. By that I mean you are just telling your readers how you think rather than letting them feel how you think. Show me why you are cynical, show me their sins, show me what they have taken form you. It just feels a little vague. It's nice to have a short. sweet, and open ended poem but you have to give your readers more of a guideline. The imagination needs food, you are the culinary expert because you are a poet. What I did love about this piece was that it was entirely yours. It's a bite sized little snap shot into your mind and something drove you to convey this, something that was stolen. I am left with so many questions though, what is resting in peace? Who took what? What touches you specifically/ the person in this piece?

I enjoyed this work and look forward to seeing you write more!

Hi Veni! I'm here for a quick review. So without any further delay let's dive into it.
I'm not really a fan of short poems but this one hit me right in the feels. Maybe that's because I could relate to the mood you set in the poem. What I really liked was that without going into details you managed to paint an image in which everyone can find oneself in different contexts and different ways which is the beauty of a poem.
The last three lines are suggestive of the narrator dying, that makes it a suicide note (correct me if I'm wrong), which made this a bit more appealing to me

First nitpick would be that commits is grammatically wrong, it should be commit in it's place. Another thing would be to use commas and full stops for better readability. Other than that, I cannot think of anything else that seems off to me.
Keep writing!
