The girl sat on the floor, beside her bed,
A pool of blood, completely red.
Her dark hair draped over her grey eyes,
She wasn’t unexceptional; she was tired of the lies.
Wearing a white, tattered dress,
Her knees up to her chest, she was a disastrous mess.
She rocked back and forth, to and fro,
Shivering, from head to toe.
Her feet were cut, her hands were cold,
She was not good, she was told.
She would prove it to him now,
That she never was good, but how?
She stood up with great distress,
On her cut feet; she was never blessed.
A man with a belt in his hand,
So drunk, he could barely stand.
A cruel smile plastered on his face,
His shirt, his hair, all out of place.
“Girl, be good and don’t run away!”
A maniac, with an inebriated sway.
A sonnet of Satan, she wanted to throw in his face,
She walked away from him, at a slow pace.
Her hands trembling, her head shaking,
Her patience was now breaking.
She raised her palms towards the sky,
He thought she’d given up, he was too high.
Her eyes shone bright,
Her chest now felt tight.
Acrimonious, exasperated, antagonized,
Oh, now she did not feel pulverized.
She lifted her head and whispered a song,
Soft voice, melodious, but still it felt wrong.
He laughed wildly, his hands on his hips,
He did not understand what was escaping her lips.
It was different, the devilish tongue,
Disquietude wasn’t present in her voice as she sung.
The room shook, a mirthless chortle rushed from her mouth,
He stood there shocked, a crappy man, weirdly uncouth.
He dropped the belt, onto his knees,
He now realized it, so he begged for release.
“I’ve had enough!”, she cried,
He seemed in his senses, now dried.
She ran wildly towards the beast,
“Apologize”, she said through her gritted teeth.
She didn’t wait long enough,
She put her hands to his throat, it seemed rough.
She smiled and cantillated as she started to end his life,
She regretted the fact that she didn’t have a knife.
The skinny frame lifted the heavy meat,
She upraised him easily off his feet.
Life drained out of his eyes,
A vita full of cruelty and lies.
She dropped him on the ground,
A new fantasy was now found.
The shaking and the rumbling finally ended,
She laughed with joy and cried, “Splendid!”
She started singing once again,
Her existence was never plain.
She sat on top of him, looked down upon his dead face,
She fixed his shirt right into place.
She opened the buttons one by one,
She finally knew she had won.
She dug her nails into his dead flesh,
Now she wanted to start afresh.
She ruthlessly pulled out a chunk of meat,
She cocked her head and tapped her feet.
She stopped singing and parted her lips,
She put it in her mouth and wiggled her hips.
Now she felt a surge of pure joy,
This time, he was the toy.
She chewed and hummed along,
Blood dripping down her jaw, with the melodious song.

Hello Observer her to give a review( or whatever what I'm doing is):
I'll keep it short. Your work is very dark and it's a darkness which is well constructed. Well written. It's gripping, making you read more and more of it. In a way reminds me of some stories written by Stephen King, which is a good thing. All in all it's nice piece of work, keep it up. ^^
Thanks
I adore your writing and find this idea very interesting. The imagery you use throughout this poem drew me in making me want to read more. So I'm assuming this girl was in a abusive relationship and she had finally had enough which I think is a fantastic idea and then you transition into her being a canible and I think that was a interesting developement. It's almost as if the phrase "swallow the pain" came to life in this poem because he was her pain and she brought him down and then ate him. The words you use for description where absolutely beautiful.
Please keep writing you're fantastic
Thank You
i enjoyed the literary techniques used. How the tables turn and the way it is conveyed in the text reminds me of an excerpt of Macbeth. I can really see the giddy, blood-lusting girl after she "begins". Your imagery in this is great, and the essence of hint fiction leaves many avenues for the imagination.
o.o Wow.
Not in a bad way, but wow.
