Therapy,
Something that I need terribly.
Is it ADHD?
Is it childhood trauma?
Is it the OCD?
Or is it just me?
Therapy,
Why can’t I just live peacefully?
Just like Stephanie,
Same goes with Natalie,
Same goes with Jane,
And same goes with Amy.
Therapy,
I keep telling me
That I need solitary
Confinement
So badly I could cry,
And like I would die.
Just keep asking myself why.
Therapy,
I just wanna feel so heavenly.
But I’m just as lonely
And ironically crazy
And as mentally
Ill as they say.
I need therapy.
‘Cause my mind is killing me.
It’s giving me anxiety
Every day, and nightly.
Oh, therapy.
I finally took the test
The doctor says I need rest.
The doctor tells me to go
And tell him what I know.
I told him I am sickly.
Crazy, unstable and unhealthy
Physically and mentally.
He smiles and says, “I’m glad you took
Therapy."

Alarming...... But still a very nice poem. Love the rhymes. So many people can relate to this. I feel like when people say they need therapy, they've realised they've just got to talk to someone. If you can't find someone to talk to, either imagined them, or talk to yourself. I've found this very helpful myself. There's a lot of reality in saying that isolated people have a high chance of going mad, crazy even. It's just the feeling of having so many feelings inside you, so many things to say and you don't have anyone to open up to, seriously makes you feel like you wanna burst.
And hey, what's with all the names?
i love this. you have lots of good rhymes here and it has a good meaning. realatable to a lot of people. it also feels cheerful, despite being "uh oh, your helath" type of thing.
Thank you for sharing! While the meaning is very deep it lightens the mood you put in a song style. For me, I can see an upbeat theme in the background as this is talking about a serious topic but it also has a lighter side to it.

Hi! AnotherCrowInRow (aka Kay, since the full name is impractical) is here with a short review!
I really liked this song - it's a great read due to the good tempo and flow. One can easily identify with what you're writing about as you go about it realistically.
I like that it doesn't matter what tempo one chooses in one's mind, it always goes smoothly and the rhyming is more or less perfect (I have a similar comment to the review before me, so I won't repeat myself). So... well done!
And cover. 1000/10. Perfect. Perfect. I couldn't imagine anything else to go with this song. I don't even want to imagine anything else for this song, as it already has a perfect cover a long time ago.
Have a nice rest of day, night or whatever and stay safe:D
11.47/10 cover art lol,
goes so unironically hard with the poem.
Anyways,
hi Aku! Or Rashomon,, or AkuRashomon, hope you don’t mind this little piece of grain dropping by for a quick review!*Wears Poetry Analysis Glasses*
The relatability, the rhyme, everything about this song screams relatability!
The repetitions and rhythms make it easy to read along to whatever tune the reader sees fit, yet it also has its own personality. Though there are some parts like
I’m so ashamed that Jane wasn’t someone like “Jenny” or “Ashley” or someone, so that the rhyme would’ve all been the same, but I’m nitpicking lol.
I feel that this was an amazing poem overall, relatable as we all need therapy nowadays, and with me running out of things to say in this quick review, farewell!
(and Have a nice day!)
