Chosen: Evading Arkyle [Started, 3 Places Left]

There are three places left, one of them being fully empty and looking for a brand new character. The other two places are now open to new people, but it would be preferred if the people filling those spots would undertake the roles of the original characters mainly for consistency and to continue previous sub-plots. On page 2, I have posted the original profiles for those two characters.



This is a continuation / book two of CrazyNinjaKat's original Chosen. Previous participants will be reserved spots if they wish, though anyone else is free to fill in any remaining spots.

Plot:
It's the year 2030, and the Governments "experiment" has gone horribly wrong. You, and the eleven other Chosen have been abandoned by the forces of Earth and left to pay the price for the mistakes of the Government.
With the Arkylians desperate for the Ead box, the only thing keeping you and your fellows alive are your powers and distance memories of home. It is now your job not to negotiate with the Arkylians, but to blend in, stay undetected, and find your way back home.
This is no longer the Governments dirty work - things just got personal, real personal...

The Story So Far:

10 years ago members of the Government stole a golden box belonging to the King and Queen of Arkyle ( the only planet that the world have ever known that moves around the galaxy at its own accord- however there are many more people on Earth then on Arkyle.)
Ever since then the people have been asking the government to return it and after years of asking have turned to their only other option- force.
The Government were scared as- even though there are more people on Earth than on Arkyle- the people of Arkyle possess strange powers.
The Government then ordered the Scientist to make a potion that would give the people of Earth powers of their own.

12 people were chosen at random to test these potions ad then to travel to Arkyle in order to negotiate with the people of the planet.
You were one of the people chosen.
Welcome to the group- Because you’re in for life.

After barely surviving the brutal Government training, being dropped onto Arkyle from thousands of feet above the ground, and uncovering betrayal beyond doubt, the Chosen are now trapped in the evil grasp of the King and Queen of Arkyle. Havoc has been wreaked and an escape plan is forming. All that's left is getting out of there alive. Will they make it in time?

Spies:
If you choose to become part of the SPY group the scientist will give you a potion that will enable you to turn into some sort of animal in order to watch the Arkilians without suspicion- however once you reach Arkyle you will not be able to change freely but must ALWAYS remain in your animal form.

Defenders:
If you choose to become a defender the scientists will feed you a potion that will give you a certain power. (But only ONE power.) However with this power will come a downfall. Once you reach Arkyle you must never use your power around more then a few people at a time.

Gender: Female

Appearance: Tall, pale, and lithe caucasian. Rich straight black hair that reaches down to the bottom of her shouler blades. Deep emrald green eyes that can hold you in an intense, shattering gaze.

Personality: Alli is a strong willed wild child, always taking risks and grabbing for power. She can get along really well with friends, but can become really violent towards enemies. This makes her a dangerous opponent, especially when you can't tell who she trusts.

Power: Psychokinesis

Other: Possibly up for love, and hiding something from everyone.

Name: Ree Noran

Age: 16

Gender: Male

Appearance: Ree is about five foot eight and thin, but wiry, with fair skin and blond hair.

Personality: Ree's an inquisitive person who loves to jump into things - little things, anyways. Once he's in a tough situation, he tends to panic a little. He's not exactly shy - he makes lots of casual friends - but he isn't the kind of guy who runs around and is loud and crazy. (Strengths: he's intelligent and physically fit, and can get along with people very well. Weaknesses: he's prone to panic in danger, and when he's unsure of something he becomes very hesitant. Also, he isn't used to being in dangerous or physically painful situations.)

Group: Defender

Power: Ree can control glass. He is able to telepathically shatter it, melt it, and sculpt/control it in any state. However, it requires energy, but he can exercise his ability and gain endurance.

Other: (up for Love, Fears, anything else I could have forgotten.) Up for love Taken. He has a phobia of needles. (Which I guess is a bad thing since he was part of a science experiment. XD)

Personality: Ava is a very strong girl. She loves to have others in her company and is quite the people person. She usually wears a smile on her face. If she is not smiling, she is either really upset of terrified.

Group: Defender

Power: Ava can control and read minds.

Up to love: No, she is in love with Ree!

Other: Ava is the actress. She finds is easier just to get people to do what she wants with out controlling their minds. She always clinches her hand in a fist when she is reading peoples mind. When Ava is stressed out she can hear peoples thoughts all at once. This brings horrible pain to her head.

Personality: He is sweet most of the time, but whenever he is in his wolf form, watch out. He sometimes loses control of himself when he is overcome with blood lust.

Name: Mitchell Alecander

Age: 16

Gender: Male

Appearance: Mitchell has cropped, pitch black hair and icy blue eyes. He has a pale complexion and is average height and weight for his age. He isn't slim, but he isn't muscularly built, leaving him somewhere in the middle.

Personality: Mitchell is quiet and thoughtful, but will speak his mind if he finds it important enough. He is overprotective of his friends and distrusting of his enemies. The benefit of the doubt is only given to those close to him and he often times judges strangers before getting to know them. He's a good guy, or so he views himself as, and hopes that he's in the right, though sometimes he doubts it.

Group: Defender.

Power: He can manipulate light. He can create--though it is limited to inanimate objects and drains him quickly--use it offensively but solidifying it and blasting it off his hands, and use it defensively as a shield. Each of the above exhausts him if not used wisely and, if he overexerts himself, will leave him in a state of unconsciousness for a day or so.

Other: Up for love, bisexual. He's terrified of losing the ones hold holds close, and of extreme pain.

Personality: She is shy, but once you get to know her she is a loving and kind person. She would do anything for her friends and cares for them a lot. She is very wary of people she doesn't know and this causes her to be rude at first.

Group: SPY

Power: Bird

Other: up for love (straight). She is scared of losing her friends and would do anything to protect them.

Once CrazyNinjaKat posts his profile, I think we might start. After that, I'll keep the profiles for the originals open for a week or two. If they don't accept, I'll open them to others.

Name: Arcadia Dunham

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Appearance: She's very petite and, in a word, gorgeous. Wavy light blonde hair past her shoulders and big blue eyes with a fair complexion. She has a few small freckles on her cheeks. She's only 5'5".

Personality: Very shy and reserved. She's very sweet but also quiet. She's kind of solitary, but doesn't mind company from time to time. While she doesn't talk much, she is calm and very logical. She sings a lot, and has a beautiful voice.
