Why can't we just do a sorting hat kind of thing. Gosh we are making it so much harder than it needs to be. The writers choose where their char goes, and then we have a choosing ceremony after a sort of rush week. That way each newbie has a chance to see all the houses and how they work. The choosing ceremony ultimately picks, but they also have a say. Just like Harry Potter. Easy simple and done
"Sometimes it is the people who no one imagines anything of who do the things that no one can imagine" - The Imitation Game
Okay how about this: Newbies noticed by the leader or those elected by them are permitted to join the House without trouble. Other applicants are required to take a test before joining. This could be different for different houses (Like for Leonitas it could be debate, for Aviantus it could be a quiz, for Bloodborne it could be a chess match, and for Taurus it could be sport like basketball.) At the end, those who failed the tests to enter any house are randomly sorted into a house which has not yet accepted its full quota of members. That way, the houses get to have their preferred type of members first and hopefully fill their quota with them. That sound okay?
Hey @Gravity great post! Could you change just one thing please:to signify house, a patch with the house symbol is sewn onto the right chest of the uniform. So sasha would change into her regular clothes after that (maybe at the end of the day) and give her uniforms to the tailors to sow on the patch. This was decided by me and Fant earlier and mentioned by me in my house post in the dt pg 4. So could you change that please? Oh BTW wince Sasha's persuasion won't work on Arthur, I thought maybe we could plan a fun scene were she tries to influence him but can't. What do you think?
@jumpingsheep this is really late to ask, but I was just wondering how Mira knew that Sasha was a demon angel hybrid?
@LordZeus maybe that's not such a good idea and I know it's recognized by the patches. There will be one later. The pin itself has later significance so since it's such a small detail I figured you could overlook it.
And the heart is hard to translate It has a language of its own It talks in tongues and quiet sighs, And prayers and proclamations
@LordZeus Mira guessed it based on what she observed of Sasha. I used the character description that Gravity provided to help write these observations!
