Capture

C atch and hold for ransome
A n adorable helpless soul
P roccess what we cannot fathom
T heir power of mind control
U ntouched thats how we leave them
R einact thier little scare
E xcept we never learn that this won't go, anywhere

Scared

S uffering and frightened
C aught up in a ruse
A fraid to go on
R attled and a bit bruised yet
E ven as we shudder we
D are not make a move

Soul

S omething nie bright as day nor black as night yet somewhere in between
O f our world yet it still creates a spectral scene
U tmost fear is held of its holy regime
L est fear of death or black of night shall thy come in between

L ooking at a friend
A and they're being silly
U northadox behavior
G oing to make me burst from
H ilarity tickling my nose and
I can't take it
N ever ending steam of noise
G reat feelings and outloud joys

A nd I want to be here
N odding along to your heartbreak
T unes telling you
I t's going to be okay and
D amning those who say it wont and
E veryday I want to wake up
P ressing play on your heart
R eviving all of the old joys and
E ven though you tell me you hate everything I can
S ee the smile in you eyes and I
S ee the happiness in your words
A nd I don't have to tell you anymore because

The Laughing Dancers

lollipops and daisies
dancing in the rain
its going to the crazies
time to start again

we are lilypads and sunshine
when we see the stars
we sparkle in the moonlight
hiding all our scars

when the dance is over
we are the best ever seen
we meet up in dover
to enjoy cuisine

we outshine the night
it happens over and over
no one, understands our plight
we must keep it up so that

fear cannot bite
as long as we continuously dance
evilness and spite
never stand a chance
