Poem 1: Eternity

Whatever it takes
I shall stay with you,
And my heart and soul
shall try its best to stay next to yours,
I want to collaborate our tunes
So that there the same and matching
In perfect harmony
We can’t be together if our instruments don’t blend well,
I hope that soon will find our matching rhythms
To make them blossom into something magical,
Like a birds songs that seam to be unending
Our songs can go on for eternity and capture many eyes,
Near or far will stay intertwined with each other,
because our love is endless!

Poem 2: True Wishes

I don’t want to give up,
There’s more to my life then this,
I believe that my pain can be my courage,
So I’ll try my hardest
To pick myself up through my agony,
And continue walking
I’ve had a dream that one day I’ll grow wings,
And when this happens I shall rise above the stars
And lift into the heavens,
Golden sparks like glittering fire shall follow behind me
As my soul shall open and my heart is renewed,
No longer broken
I have become the person I dreamt about,
I shall follow my wishes
And I’ll let my imagination show me the world.
Love will come to you in time but it takes patients to wait for its arrival!

its great to see people still making threads, and i wish you good luck on the thread while having tons of fun! all of these poems have a magical quality that makes them light, lovely pieces to read while the happiness & whimsy makes them endearing as well.

both of these poems parallel in joyfulness and ending with confidence, but the first one ends on a higher pitch while the second one ends more sternly. the first one is quite sweet! "Like a birds songs that seam to be unending" is a such a whimsical line to me that i think really amplifies how the overall poem reminds me so much of classic fairy-tales -- when it comes to its topics (love, music) and tone!

the second poem i believe i enjoy the most. it's endearing how it reads like a journey, on the familiar topic of self-doubt when it comes to the pains of life & reassurance that things can be better that many of us struggle with. the line "Golden sparks like glittering fire shall follow behind me" is definitely my favorite. it's just a great, fiery build-up to the speaker becoming more confident in themselves!! the ending is simply heartwarming!

i will be looking out for more of your poetry! have fun!!

Okay the first poem was genuinely so sweet <3
There's a support in love that goes without saying. Over that is the constant effort it takes - I'm impressed how effortlessly you depicted that. The lovers may not be harmonious from the get go but they work towards it. Here, it looks almost as if musical harmony is a metaphor for compatibility- something that the couple had worked hard to establish.

The second poem- I love the manifesting tone. It's exactly what you need on a bad day. Something simple about why we should keep going on.

Amazing work, hope you write more!
