now for how I do my reviews:
~When you come across something thats bolded there is usually a red comment attached to it.
~The Stuff in blue is additions and the stuff striked out is subtractions
~Green means FABULOUS and Purple means okay *Note I don't always use the purple/green method
~at the end of a review there is going to be one of five things:
(awesome, 10 out of 10) (so-so 6 out of 10) :/ (not my thing 4 out of 10) 
(ick! 2 out 10) :X (i'm going to be sick 0 out of 10)Hope this helps and you'll ask me for reviews in future
