My skin (besides being a little bit more freckled and the dark spots showing up better) is mostly normal, except for my face, which has decided to flake off all the skin. So... not sure where to put that?

I heard that it's not just about the skin's softness; it's that girl babies "steal your beauty" so you start breaking out. But it doesn't sound like it.
I don't know, there are a couple of signs for a girl, but I'm betting on a boy. In my experience, the most valid indicator is where/how you carry the baby.

if your belly is shaped like a basketball it's a boy. if it's shaped like a watermelon it's a girl. everybody knows that.
