Your right Kyria and Kyris do have similar names. It might be interesting if they were related in some way... cousins? Or brother and sister? Since the profile says parents unknown their mom could have left her there to protect her from their abusive dad.

These "voices", can they be signature lines that get repeated over and over? each different phrase/line could be the signature "call" for each elemental lord.
for example, the shadowlord's "call" could be something like 'Who turned off the lights?'
or the skylord's "call" could be 'Eyes to the skies, I strike from above.'
And when one of these "calls" gets louder we can know when a certain elemental lord is near.

I thought it would be kinda cool. Just a suggestion though what do you guys think?

That would be cool, but make sure it isn't too loud. Also, make sure sylverdawn approves.

that "call" i gave the skylord was only an example sylverdawn doesn't have to use it and can change it whenever.
and i was thinking that once another elemental lord is REALLY close, the "call" thingy from that particular elemental lord stops completely. I figured the "call" from that same lord doesn't start up again until the lord goes away. (sorry, i made that sound really confusing)
we could also have a way to turn the voices off temporarily?

The way I set it is that a telepathic network links the lords together. And Kyris' nightmare just blasted the connections wide open. Yes they would have had a way to turn it off, but with fragmented memories would they remember how?

Also, one important aspect of the Lords is that they are IMMORTAL, even when they were killed they came back eventually. So the bad guys would want to capture/control them rather then destroy them. Because that would just start the whole mess all over again.

It's a yes. But they have to relearn how to use it.

I was kinda thinking about the whole Immortal thing, like if a Lord does die, then there lossing a host body. Like, when a Lord is killed, the body dies but there spirit lives on until they find a new Host Body that can inhabit there spirit. Like if it wasn't for the spirit of the Timelord and Voidlord, then Relm and Andros would probably hate each other, or at the very least, never know each other.

Well if you're thinking about that, then make it to where all but you two forget basically everything or their conscious does whenever they lose their body, so when they get another one, then they basically don't remember anything.

I think that it would be cool to write about if one of us "dies"

I like these ideas. I'll try to post today or tomorrow if I have computer access.

Good idea, but I think it should be that they are able to remember the moment of their death, or deaths.

So, I have a lot of ideas, I'm gonna list them in order so you guys can put your input in easier to each thing. Please take notice that I have thought about these in depth and each one will help us all except for one, but that one can help me out a lot.

1. So this one is simple. I think we should list our magic abilities that we have right now or will have. The only one that I should point out are the ones for time and space. You guys may remember everything, but can it be something along the lines that you still have to relearn all of your powers to make it even on us NOOBS less experienced people?

2. I think that each one of us should have a special ability that can only be activated on a certain area that is completely terrifying, and the only way to stop it is another special ability. For example, my powers are lightning until the sun hits me, then I get supercharge and I am able to destroy maybe a space rift from the space lord or something along those lines. And with that brings me to...

3. I think each of us should have a weakness, like on my (about the special ability mentioned above) character, whenever the sun hits her, then she becomes crazed with the power, and she creates storm clouds, thus ending her special ability. She can stop this by learning how, but she isn't going to learn that for any time soon.

4. This one is probably the weirdest one, but it helps me out immensely. I think, as mentioned before as people trying to control us and not kill us, that we should have a 'good and bad' force that the bad, who is trying to control us to take over the world, and the good, who is trying to stop that. I think that some good names could be Shadow force and Light force or something along those lines. It would help me out on being the bad guy and I think that it would help along the way for some plot bunnies. So, onto...

5. This deals with the prospect on Shadow and Light for the bad and good. EDIT: (I didn't have enough time to finish this XD I'm in class so...) I think that if the Shadow guard capture the Shadowlord, that will make them much more powerful, but it's harder. This is just a thought, so if you guys can come up with a better name, then go ahead and post it XD

6. Do you guys have any other suggestions?

And here's my take on them!

1. i agree with this. we should list ALL our powers so that we all know what each lord is capable of. We should also make sure there will be no 'god modding' type of powers. For example, "My character can blow up the entire world and can destroy every other element." All the elemental lords' powers must be equal to one another, otherwise it will just be unfair and stupid.

2. I'm a little confused with this question... Did you mean something like when each character is around their element then they are more powerful? Because that would make sense.

3. Definitely! characters are way too boring when they don't have a weakness. I don't know what my character's weakness will be yet, but i will come up with one soon.

4. I don't mind this idea. It would be easier to give a name to the 'good' and 'bad' side and it could help us a lot with judging who is evil or not

5. I don't know about calling the forces "light" and "shadow". It seems a little too mainstream and two of the lords are called those elements so it will be kinda weird. That's just what i think though.
