Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to check out Daily Sentences!
'What is Daily Sentences?' you ask. Well, Daily Sentences is a club for sharing all those sentences that you have sitting around collecting dust.
I decided to make this club after realizing how often I write sentences or paragraphs that are never finished or used, just sitting around collecting dust, on my mental/computerized bookshelf, until one day I decide to incorporate them into one of my writings. So, I decided to make this club to post my sentences to.
In this club, one thing you can do will be to read sentences that I've posted, and as the name suggests, I will try to post a new sentence every day. You will also be able to post your own sentences for others to read, and I highly encourage you to do so! Basically this is a club for sharing simple, creative, fun short sentences with others every day.
We also have monthly club events such as Mass Sentence Week, where you write a sentence to a paragraph following a given prompt for that week. It's quite fun.
And don't let the word 'sentence' throw you off, because they can be paragraphs or quotes as well. I would prefer, however, that your posts be at the minimum one sentence and at the max about a paragraph.
If you decide to post a quote or a sentence that you did not write yourself, please try to put that information into your post, and if possible try to cite the work and author.
I think that writing new sentences all the time can and will help to really let your creativity flow.
