Jez- Healer

I go into our performance tint where I see Tamer making mud balls up in the tightropes. I can see that he is not his normal self and decide to go up and check on him. I walk over to my acrobatic rope, which is not far from the tightropes. I begin to climb to the top of it. Once I get up their I begin to swing the rope back and forth. Once I get enough height, I throw my body to my swing. My hands latch on it and I pull my body up. I get into a sitting position and look at Tamer.

"All this work just to talk to you." I say. "What happened between you and Chaos, it is obviously bothering you." I say. I make the swing rock back and forth as I wait for a response.

Olivia/Can converse with animals:

I wolf down some food quickly- just a sandwich, a water and as I passed I snagged the last two apples from the basket.

“Hey!” Vesta shouted at me, “One each!”

“This one's for Tempest! He carried all the tent posts after all.” I smiles back at her, “He deserves a little something extra.” I left the tent quickly- munching my apple.

I learned quickly that apples were a staple in this place and if you didn't like them you were screwed. They weren't the best apples- just the cheap mealy store ones, but it was food so I wasn't complaining. Granted I missed the apples from our farm back home- mom used to make a killer apple pie.... but I wasn't home on the farm and Mom wasn't around anymore to make pie. I sighed.

As I passed the Main tent I noticed something out of the corner of my eye an stepped in- and narrowly missed being side swiped by a flying glob of mud*

“Gah!” I stumbled and flailed trying to fend them off- above I heard someone laugh- Matthew and Jez were up on the ropes- I wave. “Hi.” I call up as I try to evade flying mud on my way to the girls Tent.
We all shared one- but everyone claimed a small area and we walled out sections off with blankets or old torn tarps- anything to offer a little privacy. My bit of the tent was at the very back- which was fine- I was near the back flap of the tent if I had to leave without waking everyone up.

I quickly get my bags and the small crate I carry everything I own in and begin setting up my “room” so to speak. My sleeping bag, pillows and extra blankets I put to one side, and my two packs which make up my dresser on the other side. My crate holds my tiny alarm clock, my Ipod and charger, my African violet, and my small treasure box. I know I'm silly but I like to make this tiny space cozy- it's my crash zone.

After everything is away I sprawl back put in my ear buds and crank up the volume- losing myself to the music of my newest routine.

After a while a shadow looms over me- I quickly turn over and look up.

“Oh hey.” I say smiling.

Spoiler
IT can be anyone. whoever would be in there or looking for Livy. :3

Nick, teleporter,

When I get into the mess tent, I find Steve and sit down with him.

"Great job getting everything up and ready," I say, taking a bite out of an apple, "Hopefully we'll get a good turn out tomorrow."

"Yeah," Steve replies, "we're running low on pretty much everything. We need the money."

We eat in silence for a few minutes before I bring up the Nef thing.

"What, she thinks you're using her?" Steve asks, incredulously, "Man, where did she gt that idea?"

"I honestly do not know. But I wish I knew how to explain to her that I'm not. I've asked Livy to talk to her, so hopefully that will help."

"I dunno, Nick. Nef's not one to listen once she's set her mind on something."

I sigh, "You're probably right. Can't Hirt to try, though."

I get up and throw my apple core into a bin.

"I'm going to go check everything out," I tell Steve, "Tell everyone that we'll be doing a run-through in about three hours, 'kay?"

I go out and wander around our camp, but find myself near the girl's tent. Technically, I'm really not supposed to go in. In fact, they would probably kill me if they knew I did, but I'm looking for Livy, and this is general where she spends her free time, when she's not with her animals.
She's in there alone, thankfully, listening to music. I walk up to her cot and stand there awkwardly, suddenly wondering why I'm here. She looks up.

"Oh hey," she says, smiling.

"Uh, h-hi," I stammer, "Umm, I was just coming to tell you that we'll, uh, be doing a show run-through in about three hours."

"Okay, thanks for the heads up," Livy says, still smiling. I grin nervously.

"What music are you listening to?"

When I turn over I see Nick looking down at me- what is he doing in the girls tent?

"Uh, h-hi," Nick stammers, "Umm, I was just coming to tell you that we'll, uh, be doing a show run-through in about three hours."

"Okay," I reply- mind going over all I need to do before then- groom Tempest, get him tacked up, make sure all my things are in order- I like having a neat tight act., “Thanks for the heads up,” I smile at him- he always looks so tense... He smiles back- again still nervous.

"What music are you listening to?" he asks- nodding at my Ipod- I grin and pull him down to sit next to me on my cot.

“It's the song for my new act- wanna hear?” I put one of the earbuds into his ear and rewind the song. “It's called Take a Look Through My Eyes- it's a Phil Collins song- it was used in a Disney film. I just like it. And the music has great tempos for Vaulting.” beaming I turn it up a little louder- imagining my act as I listen to it. “Like?” I ask - turning towards him.

Nick, teleporter,

I begin to smile as the music washes over me. I nod my head to the rhythm.

"Like?" Livy grins.

"Yeah," I say, "This will go great with your act!"

We sit there listening to the song for a while longer, simply enjoying each other's presence. When the song ends, I pull the ear bud out and get up, stretching.

"Where're you going?" Livy asks.

"I need to go practice my powers for a while--they always need some fine-tuning after a big job like moving the circus."

"Oh, okay," Livy says, a little sadly, "See you at practice, then."

I feel my ears getting warm, "Yeah, see you."

Kili, emotional manipulator,

Keep Tamer distracted? No problem.

"Of course, I'll do that for you, Chaos. I'll find a way to break Tamer so he'll be working for you like a lap dog, just you wait. What about you, your Nef-ness? Anything to request of me?" I say all of this sweetly, my hands clasped before my chest.

"Just...keep an eye out for weaknesses," Nef says, still a mite suspiciously, "See if we can recruit others to our cause."

"Will do, chief," I say, saluting, and then I scurry out of the tent. That went rather well, if I do say so myself. Finally, others who want to bring that mumbling, baby-faced, moon-eyed moron to his knees. Well, his grave, anyway. I grin. Of course, Nef and Chaos have no way of knowing that when Nick is dealt with and we prevail, I intend to break them just as much as I intend to break Tamer and all the other freaks who stand in my way. That is to say, when all this is over, I'm going to have an army of minions bent to my every whim.
And remember...A portkey can be any sort of harmless object...A football...or a dolphin.

Mark/Chaos~~~~~telekinesis

I stopped Kili with a large mud ball. I wasn't through with her yet. "Not so fast, you emotional bender. I only ask you to distract my twin, not break him into working for me." I had my arms crossed when I said this. Distracting Tamer would be no problem, but turning him into a drudge was putting it too far. I could allow anything happen to anyone, but when it comes to my little twin, I drew the line. "If you dare bend my twin to the point where he can't remember our names, I swear I'll put you out of your misery in a heartbeat and without a second thought. Just because he keeps his nose in my business, doesn't mean I would hand him over to tricksters like you. Do anything to keep him away from me, but do not break him into a mindless slave. Although he pokes around in my business, he's still my younger twin brother." I dropped the mud ball and let Kili pass.
Nef looked at me like I was nuts. "Why not let her break Tamer? That way, you could have the private life you wanted."
I shook my head. "He's family, whether we like it or not. Normally, I'm supposed to be poking in his business since I'm the eldest twin, but that doesn't mean I don't have any respect for him. He's the only known sibling I have, so if Kili does the opposite of what I ask her to, she'll be seeing the worst of me."

Matthew/Tamer~~~~telekinesis

I looked at Jez. "I just get the feeling that Chaos is up to something. Being his twin and all, I can't really shake the feeling. You heard of this thing called 'twin telepathy,' right?"
Jez just shrugged.
I sighed. "The thing about it is that I can sense whether Chaos is in pain or not. 'Twin telepathy' allows me to be where Chaos is, even if I have to go there myself."
Jez asked curiously, "Doesn't that interfere with Chaos' private life?"
I chuckled darkly, which only happens when Chaos' so-called private life was brought up. "If Chaos ever gets a private life, no one is safe from him. He's the trickster while I'm his opposite. The day he gets a private life will be a cold day in the fiery inferno below." Playfully, I hit Jez's left leg with a small mud ball.
Look down and show some mercy if you can.

Kili you fool no one, that evil smirk, that emotional bend, your easy to read, just like a book. I'm the girl that has perfected the evil queen look not the other way around, I was beginning to make plans, I would use Kili until she became useless and then be rid of her before she can cause any major harm to my plans for take over.

"Kili, just go distract the big idiot. I got some people I have to go meet to recruit to my cause," I said.

I look at Chaos and give him a quick sneer that he should read as "Don't trust Kili." I make my way out of the tent, looking around the grounds were deserted. It was time to go meet with Vesta, her fire manipulation would come in handy for a number of things, aside from warming the tents up when it got cold. Then I may just go meet with Jez, her healing abilities will be very useful to those who get injured in this cause, and then Oliva to see if she will be willing to join in with me to take out Nick or not.

Either way, the beginning of the end was coming.

Jez- Healer

I smile as the mud ball hits me and I scrap it off of my yoga pants, only to throw it back at him. I laugh when a little piece hits him in the face. Steve comes in moments after and says we will do a practice run of the show in three hours. I let out a huge sigh and lean backwards, letting my knees bend so I do not fall to the ground.

"Would you stop doing that?" Steve says. I can see the worried expression on his face.

I laugh and pump my body to swing back and forth. "Why did I scare you?" I ask. I unlatch my knee at just the right moment and fly to the rope. I get a good grip and slide down in. I land on the ground and sigh. I look down at my hands and see the rope burn. I heal it quickly to get rid of the sting.

I nudge Steve with my elbow as I leave the tent. I quickly wave to Tamer as I leave and head to the girl tent. I walk into my section and change into my athletic shorts and make sure my hair is tied back tight. I grab my music and head to the mess tent.

I grab a bottle of water and and open it to take a swig. Not knowing what to do, I head back into the performance tint and stretch. I do a split on the ground and lean forward. I get all of my body lose and freely moving. I stand up and get a running start. I leap into the air and do many of my tricks, getting ready for the rehearsal.

Vesta, Fire Manipulation

I was annoyed at Jez for taking the last two apples, even if one of them was for Tamer. I walk towards the girl’s tent. I was still hungry, but food was scarce here and like they always say, “beggars can’t be choosers.”

I only came to this circus because I had nowhere else to go. Everyone had abandoned me, called me a demon. I even believed it for a while, but then I realized how powerful I could become if I mastered my fire.

I make it to the girl’s tent and look inside, I see Livy showing Nick music on her iPod. Both with smiles on their faces, I blind man could see that those two liked each other.

I better go I thought. Livy would kill me if she found me ease dropping. As I start walking away and spot Nef ahead of me. I try to dodge her, but to no avail.

She has a smirk on her face, “Vesta.”

“What do you want, Nef?”

“Why so rude? I just wanted to ask you something” she replies. We stand there in silence for a couple of seconds. I was waiting for her to ask , but she just stood there.

“Well, what is it?” I demand, annoyed.

“Why don’t we go somewhere more” she stops and takes a look around, “private.”

She starts walking away and I stalk after her, “This better not be a waste of my time.” I mumble to myself.

Kili, emotional manipulator,

I sigh, knowing that they both are suspect of my actions, "Fine, fine...as your highness commands."

I leave the tent again, outwardly miffed, but inwardly smiling. Oh, yes they suspect something, but when the time comes, they'll have no idea what hit them. I skip around camp for a few minutes, before seeing Tamer and Jez talking and laughing. Well, the big lump won't be needing distraction for a little while, at least. I giggle. This truly is going to be fun. I make my way to the outside of camp and walk up to the twisted old willow that stands there. I sit at the base of the tree and close my eyes, breathing in the scent of wet earth. When I open my eyes, a man in a fedora is standing there. I don't react, as I've been expecting this. I have not seen Falwell in a long time, so I'm definitely due for a visit. I look past the man, and see that the willow's branches have stopped midsway, cars are locked in blurs of motion, and Jez is frozen with one foot in the air as she practices for her act. These people and their temporal manipulations, honestly.

"Hey, big guy," I say, amiably, though Falwell is not big, nor am I actually sure he's a guy. I mean really, it's like he's genderless.

"Kili," he responds stiffly, "How stands our plans?"

"'Our plans?' Yours, more like it," I say, but before he can respond, I move on, "It's finally beginning to pay off, actually."

"Has the electrokinetic made a move yet?" Falwell asks taking out a whirring device from his pocket.

"Finally she has, yes. It took ages of working away at her and Nick to get that stone rolling, let me tell you."

"And none of them suspect your full powers, yet?"

"Nope, they still think that they can push me out of their heads."

"Excellent, excellent," Falwell mutters, "I will be on my way then."

"Wait," I say, "What's the full plan? You haven't told me yet..." I manipulate my voice, but it still backfires. I splitting pain bursts through my skull and I collapse, whimpering and clutching my face. Falwell kneels next to me.

"It is unwise to use your power on us, surely you know that by now? You will learn the plan on a need-to-know basis. Remember our agreement: deliver the others and you will be rewarded. Otherwise, well...I think you understand." Another wave of pain shoots across my head. "Think on that," Falwell whispers, and when I open my eyes, he's gone, and time is moving again.

Vesta was a pretty face in my opinion, had a nice figure to, I wasn't a lesbian but there were a few girls I love to get eye fulls of. Vesta was one of those few, but as we reached a secluded outskirts of the camp, I made a turn to Vesta who was still following behind with a look that said. "This better not be a waste of my time," but regardless I pushed forward. I saw Kili sitting under the tree, a calm, peaceful look on her face.

"Listen, I got plans with two others, Chaos, and Kili, were going to take this stupid circus for ourseleves. And I was hoping you would like to join in with us, taking over this stupid circus, doing as we please, when we please. Nick is just using us for his own gain, he uses me because I'm hot and got a body, but I'll need people like you, Chaos, Kili, and a few others to help me take over." I said.

Just as I finish Kili doubles over, holding her head. I watched as she seems to be in extreme pain, to bad so sad, I don't care Kili! Suffer for all I care.

Leo- Can communicate with animals
I sat in the animal pens rubbing Romulus's leg which he had pulled something in while exercising. I knew it would be pointless to talk to Nick about it sometimes I wondered if he even cared about the animals. "How are you doing Rome?" I asked pulling out his nickname. "It still hurts." He whined. I winced as I felt the pain through the connection. "I'm sorry hun maybe I can find something." I said springing up. "Remus keep an eye on him ok?" I asked. He rolled his yellow eyes and curled next to his brother. I popped in my earbuds and jogged. I noticed Nef, Chaos and Kili underneath a tree. I ran over as fast as I could. "Does anyone know where I can find a hot compress? Romulus pulled a muscle in his leg." I explained blushing as they all looked at me. "Why don't you tell Nick?" Kili asked. "He doesn't give a lions tail about the animals." I snapped in reply. They all looked at each other. "What?" I asked.
"You are without a doubt, the worst pirate I've ever heard of."

"But you have heard of me."

Nick, teleporter,

I stand amongst the supplies that we have stored behind the big top. Every few minutes, I reach out and touch something, sending it elsewhere in the camp. I then try to call it back. I've been seeing if I can use my power remotely, and it's beginning to work; I've managed to get everything that I teleported back to where it was using my powers. When I'm finished, I make sure that everything inside the big top is ready for our show run-through. As it's almost time to run the show, and no one's here, I'm a little irritated, but it really doesn't matter. I know everyone can do their stuff. I sit in the middle of the ring and amuse myself by rearranging the stands mentally. Someone behind my clears their voice.

"Having fun, are we?" Steve says, snickering. I grin.

"You know it. Ready for practice?" I ask, getting to my feet and walking over to him.

"Of course I'm ready, if by that you mean that I haven't practiced since our last show."

I roll my eyes, "Whatever. Where's everyone else?"

I walk back into the performance tent and find Nick and Steve. "Where's everyone else?" Nick asks.

"You have one less to find." I say. "Sorry I was here like five minutes ago, but then I went to have a snack."

"Do you know where anyone else is?" Nick asks.

"Um, I think Livy is still in our tent. I saw Nef, Kili, Vesta, Leo and Chaos outside. Tamer was in here with me not to long ago, but I have no idea where he is now." I say. "Oh and you two are in here with me."

"Do you just keep tabs on everyone?" Steve asks.

I plop down across from Nick. "I only knew where most of the were, because I saw them before I came in here." I say. "Oh and I am so excited about the show. I have new routine I have been working on."

I knew Nef hated Nick, but I never thought she’d go so far as to take over the whole circus.

“Do you have any idea how you’re going to pull it off?” I ask. I still didn’t know if I wanted to join her. I’ve always hated this circus, but I didn’t want to fight on a losing side.

“We have some ideas” She said, smiling to herself.

She’s not telling me everything, I think to myself.

“Care to elaborate?”

“I’m not an idiot, join me, and I’ll tell you what we have in mind.”

I knew Nef wasn’t stupid, so she wouldn’t have asked me to join her unless she was absolutely certain that I would. She wasn’t wrong. Nick had always annoyed me; he acted like he cared about all us, when in reality all he really cared about was himself.

I smile, “So, when do we start?”

I say Wolf, for all wolves are not of the same sort; there is one kind with an amenable disposition – neither noisy, nor hateful, nor angry, but tame, obliging and gentle, following the young maids in the streets, even into their homes. Alas! Who does not know that these gentle wolves are of all such creatures the most dangerous!
