The girl comes out of me, me gasping and coughing at the same time to try and catch my breath. She looks Nic straight in the eyes, before I realize how adorable I was as a little kid, "Your not leaving, now," The door slams, "Your staying."

Halee wakes and starts crying, adding more to my panic. Before I can hyperventilate, I manage to flash us into our bedroom. I lay Jackie down on the bed and gently set Halee beside her.
"Shh," I try to focus on the two of them, my eyes darting back and forth.

I glance at Jackie and shake my head, taking her face in my hands. Shaking from the fear and panic, I remember my brother and call him, practically screaming at him to get over here. Once I hang up, I realize that might not be best. What if they hurt him like they did Jackie? ... No. Jackie comes first. He needs to help me help her. Halee needs her to be okay.

She laughs, my lips moving instead of hers, and she makes me sit up.
"Why would I leave you alone? I'm doing you a favor," She looks at Jace, making me stand. She flys out of me right when I do and I drop to the ground with a thump, eyes closing. The girl laughs like a little child before dissapearing into a picture on the wall.
