Spoiler
It's gonna be difficult for me to post, so I'll still be in this.

Ken

After introducing myself and including my powers, death, the voice came out of nowhere.

Veeren pointed at the sky towards something and told us to follow. We started to run when Siris shouted. "EVERYONE STOP NOW. Theres something bad up ahead. It feels like a predator. We need someone who can fly to get up there and scout out the path now. About a 2 mile radius for those who fly fast would be great. Staying in the sky at hearing distance to hear for calls of warning afterwards would make it better."

"I can fly, but not fast," I said truthfully. We all looked at the dragon girl.

When i heard Siris needed a flier i bolted off as i let the sun carry me faster then the wind could, the bunny sat on my head as we saw many monsters ahead and one huge cyberus. There were good monsters and bad monsters and some were just in between. When they went in the light some were nice and when they were in the dark some were mean. It seemed to be the only way, i saw a river that was headed our way that didnt look like it was going to be over run at all. I flew back to the group telling them what i saw as i turned back to my human form. I think they were surprised though ebcause they didnt know i could fly that fast or that i could fly.

"I can only fly super fast during the day to evening, at dark i slow down to normal pace" I told them

I stopped when I realized no one was following me anymore. That guy, Siris, said there was something dangerous up ahead.
I looked around but saw nothing, and the feeling that I was following was still growing stronger in me. I couldn't stay in one place for long, I'd definitely exploded or something if I did. No one else seemed to be in any rush to be moving, so I decided I would go myself.

"I can't fly, but I'll go look around." I told them and started off.
I didn't like the idea of abandoning them, but I didn't think I had a choice. Besides I could always yell for help if I got in trouble, or wanted to find them again. Or at least I thought I could, before I saw the giant dog in front of me.
Or at least I thought it was a dog. It was about as big as a full grown bear, and it was growling at me.

"Uh, nice doggy." I told it.
Usually I had a way with animals. This, on the other hand, I didn't feel so good about.

Siris:

Luckily I had noticed Veeren head out. I knew it was dangerous so I followed him. When he saw the dog I quickly yelled back at the rest of them. It looks like we might have to use the powers that were spoken of by the voice after all. I said outloud to everyone when they arrived, "All right, people who do weird things with death and fire and poisoning stuff in front. Me, healer people, and protecting people in back. Protecting people cover the others. Me and other healing person will help keep everyone alive. Get ready for a tuff fight, i think."

Veeren

Luckily for me, Siris wasn't far behind.
He was already shouting orders at the others to attack the dog thing before I could really start to panic. I took a step back and the dog growled.
He swung it's front paw at me, but I side stepped him at the last second. I quickly grabbed a rock off the ground and flung it straight at his head. Luckily for me, it hit him straight in the face, unfortunately, that's when things turned bad.

He let out a roar that made me cover my ears. He was shedding, no, his skin was ripping off, and he was growing. Within a few moments he was easily twice as big as before, but this time he was hairless.

Feeling like this was my fault, only one word could find its way out of my mouth, "Oops."

As Koitsuki launches herself into the sky, taking the first “lookout” I sense something nearby.
Something terrible and dangerous and somehow familiar.

Death.

“I can’t fly, but I’ll go look around,” Veeren offers and walks off. A surge of heat passes through me and I want to stop him and tell everybody that we should all stay together.

But this has never happened before so I’m not really sure if I’m being paranoid or not.

Then I hear something that makes me freeze. A low growling sound that turns my blood to ice.

I turn around to see Siris following off behind Veeren and tag along behind.
This doesn’t seem right. Something bad is going to happen now…

It’s a dog… but bigger. And right now it’s got its eyes set Veeren.

"All right, people who do weird things with death and fire and poisoning stuff in front. Me, healer people, and protecting people in back. Protecting people cover the others. Me and other healing person will help keep everyone alive. Get ready for a tuff fight, I think."

Quickly I push myself into the circle, in front of Veeren and Siris. The creature growls at me just as something white goes flying by, landing on the creature with a hiss and for a moment I think that that will be enough but the creature lets out a roar and swipes at the white leopard hitting it full on.

I throw back my head and let the change ripple through me, feeling my bones snap and silently willing the others to help me.
Then I throw myself- fully dragon now- at the monstrous dog feeling claws rip into my shoulders; right where my wings are.
But I’m not giving up and If this thing is going to hurt any of us then it’s not going to get away easily.

I see the leapord get thrown and quickly try to will it that she is better. Suddenly, white light glows from my hands. This has never happened before when I tryed to heal an animal, but i carried on to the leapard. She was injured badly, but when i held my hands over her, I could here her bones snap into place. She wasn't dead before, but she was definately broken everywhere. Next thing I knew, she was human and standing again. I found my power.

I ran and touched a wolf that was launching itself at Siris's back. It fell to the ground twitching as the places where I touched it went bright green. I looked at the girl who was standing by Siris. She was from our group but I couldn't remember her name for the life of me. I froze as very large creatures came into the clearing. "Love the sentimental value but this was just the beginning!" I shouted. I looked around the clearing knowing I wouldn't close enough to any of these creatures to do any damage. Edgar flew over to me clutching a wooden staff with a green stone set in the top. He dropped it and I caught it. Immediately the wood started to warm under my hands and the stone glowed. I grinned and struck out with the staff burning one of the creatures. 'Edgar grab more ravens, crows, and vultures.' I ordered. He nodded and flew off to do so.

I also sent out a healing spirit that flew around healing and trying to catch some of the people that were thrown and people near me that were thrown i caught with my pheonix wing. I saw Ash get badly hurt and i felt a part of me that was mad at myself, the voice inside my head sounded like my father "you cant do anything right..." I tried to shake it off adn focus but now i was alittle more shakey in my work.

What happened next was a blur. After it shed, the dog was attacked by a white, tiger looking thing. Unfortunately, the dog swatted it aside after receiving no more than a scratch. I saw Siris trying to heal the tiger and I saw it turn back into a human. It was that Holly girl, the one who had the protection powers, like me. But before I had to admire her courageousness, I noticed all the other animals coming at us. Everyone was trying to fight them off. That's when I noticed the dragon heading straight for the dog.

Wait... dragon. Ash. What was she thinking. I mean she was big, but no where near as big as the dog was. I had to do something.

I stuck my hand out and focused on her. I felt the energy rising up from inside me and into my hand, and that's when I saw it. For the first time ever, I didn't just feel my power, I saw it. It was a white aura gathering around my hand.

I tried to protect Ash, but before I could fully see the aura around her, a giant set of claws landed right on her shoulder. I winced a little, but made my aura stronger around her. Maybe someone would be able to heal her. Maybe I could try to make my aura stronger. Maybe. If she survived long enough.

I quickly saw Ash attack the dog. Luckily, she land near me and I was able to heal her as well. I then yelled to everyone, "Will you all stop attacking the creature physically. Try to focus some magical energy to a useful location and maybe we can actually get somewhere here. Sheesh." Now I was getting annoyed, as the people kept attacking and I kept having to heal people. I was beginning to feel drained of energy.

I saw Siris getting depleted of energy fast and so was i, so i stuck my staff into the ground and i prayed to the staff. The forbidden technique was called wish my village was never supposed to use it but as i did wish stars gathered around Siris and healed his energy and healed everyone else i almost fainted after i casted the spell. The most i could do was sit there "Your useless you wont be a elder phoenix until your realize your capability." I thought, Sensei you were always right.

I felt relieved when I saw Ash was healed, I let up my aura a bit around her. I would say I was getting tired, but I'd be lying. For some reason I suddenly felt full of energy, I wasn't tired anymore. In fact I think I had more energy than when I started using my power.

That's when I noticed Koitsuki fainting. She must've healed us all. She caught herself at the last moment, gripping onto her staff.
A staff. A weapon. That's what I needed. I couldn't use my powers forever, well not that I know, I've never tried. But where would I get one?

I looked around but found nothing in the nearby area, and didn't want to travel too far for fear of losing focus on Ash.
Right now, I really wished I wasn't so useless.

Pain and a horrible tearing sensation rip through me body as the creature easily throws me off just like it did the other one. I land on the ground a few metres away, feeling rage and adrenaline still gushing through me.
Suddenly a weird sensation rushes through me and the wound at my shoulder starts to heal. Feeling this change I push myself to my feet, back in my human form, looking around for the person who helped me and spot Siris standing but a few metres away looking focused and considerably annoyed.
A rush of gratitude rushes over me as he yells "will you all stop attacking the creature physically.”
I pause midstride in my attack of some freakish wolf thing, pausing to listen to what he’s saying.
“Try to focus some magical energy to a useful location and maybe we can actually get somewhere here. Sheesh."
The wolf dog launches itself at me, claws outspread and I brace for the impact, knowing I don’t have time to move.
It never comes and when I turn around again I see the wolf swiping at me... and missing.
That can’t be possible... unless someone around here is helping me out. I look around the circle to see Veeren- standing near the edge- holding up a hand towards me. Using his power to protect me.

Knowing what needs to be done I close my eyes and focus on my power, feeling as it surrounds me, strengthening me.

I open my eyes, looking around the circle with clearer eyes then I had before, noticing all of the little things.

I watch as the large dog that injured Holly in the beginning advances on Veeren at the other side of the circle and find myself running.

I may not have the power of protection but I can help. As I get closer the creature sense my prescence and turns on me again...

But this time I have my power...
