TDBT; Yah, It does ^u^

Aqua; I go on google images, type in what I want like 'Naruto' and then put 'gif' on the end of it, and then set the search for size 100x100 ^^ when there's one I like, I right click and then press copy shortcut. I go to word and paste it, so it'll look like this;

http://www.google.com/imgres?num=10&hl= ... ,s:0,i:110

then I cut all the parts until the last http adress is there, like this;

http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2 ... ,s:0,i:110

then I cut everything after gif, like this;

http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2 ... naruto.gif

then I copy and paste it on to the avatar changing page ^u^ it usually works ^u^
