Riley

Oh...Sh*t.

I shake my head quickly at Luna for her to stop, and my mom raises an eyebrow, "I am, huh?"

Aunt Jackie appears next to Rayah, looking at her and making sure she doesn't do anything, "Just let it go, Ray," She whispers, "She's not worth it."

Logan

She's dead. Holy sh*t, she's dead.

"Lu, um, I think we should go to our lockers, don't you?" I suggest, trying to get her away from the situation, "We've got homework and all that, remember? Let's just go."

Luna

I got a twisting knot feeling in my stomach, I had realized that this had been the boldest thing I had done since I barged into the main room of the palace and called lady Gemini a dumbyhead when she was ten years old. Lady Gemini had ignored that remark and her father saved her by saying she didn't know what she was talking about, afterwords her father had forbid her from going back to council room ever since. But the more I looked into Rayah's eyes the more I could tell they were looking for a reason to fight, maybe Rayah had a mutual feeling about me as I had about her.

"Are you stupid or just bold?" She asked.

"Maybe both, but its definitly stupid to be laughing at a crowd of people when they could have lost there lives. You weren't here to fight, so you can laugh your head off, it just makes you look like a bad guy." I said.

Her nostrils flared angrily I knew the comment had gotten to her fairly quickly, I had being taking mental notes to see just how far I could push Rayah before she cracked.

Riley

Oh no.

Jackie holds mom back, both her wrists, and my mom looks away, "Just walk away," She says through gritted teeth, "Before I explode, just walk away."

Logan

I pull Luna back, hoisting her over my shoulder and trying to take her out of the room.

Luna

"Well ain't this a tad annoying?" I thought to myself.

We were outside of the gym as Logan made sure I was outside of running distance from the gym, Logan finally dropped me and then looked at me like I was crazy.

"Are you crazy?" He asked.

"Possibly, then again I dislike your mom." I said.

Riley

My mom calms and looks at me, "I...I think you should come home," She says, "I don't want you anywhere near her for a while."

I roll my eyes at her and check my texts, annoyed.

Logan

I just shake my head, "You've made that pretty freaking clear. Gods... Luna, please don't do that again. You don't want to see my mom in battle mode. It's freaking frightening."

Luna

"Ha, I'd put her on the ground and turn her into an old woman!" I exclaimed.

Riley

My mom grabs my wrist and drags me out into the hall, "I'm so proud of you," She smiles as we walk, "You actually hit someone."

I shrug, "I fainted afterwards.."

She chuckles, "you are just like you're father."

Logan

I chuckle, "That...would not end well. Promise me you'll just stay away from her, alright? I don't want to be torn between my mom and my best friend."

Luna

I roll my eyes, I knew better than to test family bonds. I would only loss in the end, still that mother of his was a real witch, it ticked me off with just how bossy she was.

"But listen, if your not busy tonight. Maybe we could meet up?" He asked.

I finally made eye contact with him, surprised by what he was asking, I wait a moment as Riley and that witch Rayah went by before I answered.

"Sure, where you wanna meet up at?" I ask.

Riley

I get home and sigh, making my way upstairs.

Logan

I don't know what I'm asking but can't stop once it's out there. I think about a place, remember I'm grounded, and shrug, "The baseball field again. Just to meet."

Luna

"Alright, see you at the diamond then." I said.
