I shrug again as the waiter comes over, he looked like a teenager, and he flashes a smile at me before opening his notebook thingy, "What can I get you this afternoon?"
I look over the menu, "Uh...Lobster, please," I smile back. He nods, writing it down before turning to Jace, "What about you, sir?"
Heh...Sir...
,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Jackie
I nod and lean back in, kissing him again, closing my eyes.
All you need is faith, trust, and a little bit of pixie-dust!
I sigh, still smiling, and laugh a little, sipping my drink again. I get a couple stares from guys across the room and lose my smile, shifting uncomfortably before looking back at Jace. A guy walkes past me and I hear him whisper something, but don't get the whole thing. Sighig again, I try to block all that out of my mind, "Hows work?" I ask Jace.

It's the school, talking about something happening to Halee, and I swallow, glancing at the floor, "We'll be there in a sec..." I whisper into it, hanging up.
I turn to Nic, "They said Halee is...somethings happening to her. We need to get there. They think it might be her finding out what her powers are, but they aren't sure."
All you need is faith, trust, and a little bit of pixie-dust!
I catch what the guys say and take off my jacket, handing it to her, "Put it on. I'm sick of comments like that. Work is fine though. Boring, but that's nothing new."

I stand and slip my shoes on, taking her hand and leading her out, "Let's go then."
I'm never what I like I'm double sided And I just can't hide I kind of like it When I make you cry 'Cause I'm twisted up, twisted up Inside
I don't hesitate to take his jacket, hating the comments as well, and when I put it on, all the guys look away, sighing.
"That's...Good, I guess," I reply, "Atleast you don't just sit and do nothing."

I nod and stand, slipping my phone in my pocket. I lead him to the car and jump in the driver's seat, driving there faster then the speed limit, worried.
All you need is faith, trust, and a little bit of pixie-dust!
I sigh when she sets the jacket around her, content that no one else could see her like before, and shrug, sipping on my drink again, "It's math. It might as well be nothing."
`````````````` Nic
She hops in the driver's seat and I hesitate before getting in the passenger side, realizing that my wanting to drive would be stupid since I have no clue where the school is. We speed off and get there reasonably fast, the both of us silent in our worry.
